Employees were extremely rude. It took nearly 5 min to even be acknowledged at the drive-thru menu. If I hadn't already placed a pickup order, I would have left. The woman at the window huffed and basically told me that 20+ orders had come thru at the same time when she first spoke to me. She asked if I had placed a "timed order," as if that would have been an issue. I had not. I was the only one in the drive-thru the entire time I was waiting for my food. It ended up being nearly 15 minutes at the window past my app shown pick up time. Insult to injury, my limeade was basically flavored water. I've given this location far too many chances at this point. I won't make that mistake again.

Really disappointed to see Northland Sonic has gone downhill. Barry road use to be an excellent location if I recall. I don’t know what has happened in the last couple months, for them to lose the Sonic way but it’s really disappointing. Sara and Gary if you’re still in charge. Please fix this location and return it to the greatness it once was. I just waited over 10 minutes for terrible tots, and two terrible burgers. And watched two of your staff members fist fight in the window instead of actually work. Do better. Just so heavily disappointed.

The chicken wraps here are simply better than chicken wraps from other places. The worker was accommodating when we drove up to a window with an out-of-order screen, he came straight to our car window to take our order and take our card. Service was efficient, pleasant, and the food was enjoyable. I Love stopping here on my way to work to grab a couple chicken wraps.

I ordered the all American hotdog. I was shocked when I bit into it and it was cold. Not like it's been sitting cold, like it just came out of the refrigerator cold. Sonic is usually my go to for fast food. Disappointing.

This is by far the worst sonic I've ever been to. Every single time something is wrong. The order is never ever ever right! Today, the syrup was out in my Dr Pepper AND no ranch as I ordered, last week they serve chili cheese tots without a fork. The time before that, no ranch was in the bag as requested again. Times where the food has been colds it's really not that hard. I don't even remember the last time my order was 100% correct
