Please clean your ice machine. I am so disgusted that I ate the amount of ice chips that I had to find dead bugs and sludge in my cup. I come here all the time and never leave reviews like this but this is a health hazard.

Sonic ice is a special treat at family gatherings. There was a large food order ahead of my car in the drive thru and they didn't make me wait, instead they brought out my order of a single bag of ice. I thought that was really considerate.

Asked for a moment when I was looking at the menu. I was yelled to hurry up.. I had just pulled into the drive through…. Lady was disrespectful. Watched the cook scroll through his phone and hit his vape for the first ten minutes I waited in line. Not sure I why I was rushed is a disrespectful manner when the cook was just gonna look at his phone and hit his vape and then received the wrong order..If you want to be yelled at and screwed over stop on by this sonic.

Ordered on the app and paid. When I arrived, the app refused to let me check in in a stall. So then I pressed the button for service. Sat there for 7-10 minutes and no one came. So then I went to the drive thru line. There was a line of cars who had been waiting a while. When I pulled up no one answered on the speaker for another 10 minutes. I finally left. This couldn’t have been a worse experience. And I can’t rate the food, but I assume with that service, it would have been terrible.

This location always sucks, they're slow AF, the fountain drinks always taste weird, when you order a condiments they never include them, even with it clearly printed on the ticket. When I pulled up it looked like manager was conducting an interview outside while smoking a cigarette. Tacky as hell. I refuse to visit this location ever again - I've never had a good experience at this location - I won't be waisting my money anymore.

Shitty all the way around. I stay on (holmes) so this one is right around the corner but I rather go to the Sonic on Red bridge next door to ((codes cannabis dispensary)) it's so much better the service is fast the food is fresh you're not ignored. And that's something you can't get at this location so if I were you I would just change locations if you love Sonic. And trust me it's not a every blue moon thing this location is horrible and terrible everyday at least for the past 2 to 3 years I've been in the area.

Every time I come to this sonic it takes forever to get anything. I ordered a couple drinks with no one in the lot but me. Still took 20 minutes. What are they doing in there? This is consistent every time I come here. I don’t get it.
The mobile app instructs people to the stalls, where I was ignored until I finally knocked and asked about my order. Took me an extra 15 minutes while they took drive through orders. Just put up signs if you don’t want to acknowledge the stalls, it’s that easy. Or turn off mobile ordering.

This Sonic should be shut down. I've lived in this neighborhood for 30 years. You go into Oklahoma and pull into a Sonic and the service and food is fabulous. I've been a fan since I was a kid. However, there is no way I will go to the Sonic on Wornall ever again. Sloppy service and inedible food. I'm surprised that they are still open. The response from "the owner" is shameful and a bit disgusting in that the problem has only grown worse.
