awful place. spent 12 dollars on a goddamnn burger for my boyfriend. picked it up and when i opended it was the complement wrong thing. also- found multiple hairs in my shake and one in the burger. disgusting.

I don't give out many 1 stars but this staff truly doesn't care about anything. Can't get an answer half the time at the drive in, or the drive thru for that matter. Ordered the promotional pub pretzel bacon burger tonight guess what I got? A plain double. Asked for ketchup, was told it's in the bag that's stapled shut, well it wasn't there. Just a lack of caring at this location. Sad. I like Sonic when they actually do their job.

Worst Sonic I’ve ever been to in my life. Employees are slow, inconsiderate, lazy. They never make the food or shakes right. Idk how you can mess up on a simple drink. I’ve tried giving them 5 chances before making this review. My client always wants to come here too and they mess up the order everytime.

Why did the 3 people inside this establishment make me wait in the mobile parking spot for 10 minutes until I went tonthe drive thru. My find was cold. Someone was on break and saw me sitting in the car. I called and got no answer. How hard is it to say pick up in the drive thru?

I spent $60+ here and food was cold and old! As late as I went I don't understand why my food wasn't made fresh after I waited over 15 minutes for my order to be taken in the first place! Need to get better employees!

The general manager refused to give my Uber Eats driver my order because the driver went through the drive up window instead of a stall to pick it up. When I called, the general manager explained that essentially, it made him mad when Uber Eats drivers tried to pick up orders at the window instead of a stall & this was a hill he was going to die on. Seems petty to hold this against the people ordering the food when they have no control over the Uber Eats drivers. If I could give this place 0 stars just for that, I would.

Let me preface this by saying I’m usually patient — but 45 minutes for three drinks in a mobile pickup stall is beyond ridiculous. When I arrived, there was one car waiting. That car eventually left after being ignored long enough to question their life choices. I stayed because I’d already paid — my mistake.

After sitting there nearly an hour, I drove through the drive-thru out of desperation. The manager told me I ‘needed to wait in the mobile stall,’ to which I politely (and firmly) replied that I had been — for 45 minutes. After a few more minutes of chaos behind the window, I finally got my drink. Except it came with a free extra — a fly. Stuck to the lid. Wings. Legs. The whole thing.

If you’re the owner of this location, please do better. This isn’t an isolated issue — this Sonic is chronically slow, careless, and clearly struggling with basic cleanliness. Read your own reviews; they’re practically a public health warning at this point.

Frankly, one star feels generous. Someone should really send the health department by to see what other surprises are hiding in those cups. Because if a fly made it into my drink, I can only imagine what didn’t.

Waited for over 10 min for anyone to take my order. It was ridiculous. The service here is absolutely abysmal.

If I could leave no stars I would. They are as bad as if not worse than McDonalds. This is the last chance I will give them. I've always liked the food here for the most part. But the last few times they've rude, didn't give complete orders, lied to me about it, ignored my car at the window, etc., but tonight I went in, 9-21-25, and had ordered 2 small blasts. I asked for a carrier on the mobile order. The guy handed it to me without putting the ice cream in, which was fine, but when I got the ice cream, there was a hole in the cup the size of a quarter with ice cream coming out. I had to honk 3 different times to pull his attention off the girls on the patio and he was very rude, but finally agreed to get a cup to put over the one with a hole, but he ended up putting it in a different cup but would put any more of the mix in-heath bar. Oh and the ice cream in mine was melted completely. I know with everything bad going on in the world this is tiny, but I am just frustrated foods not cheap.

Honestly don’t know how this place is still standing it is NEVER staffed or ready for business you have to wait 30+ minutes to get anything and you sit at the stall or drive thru for 20 before that to even order.
