Never let one worker run a restaurant ever…. Terrible wait but that is not the workers fault the company’s fault… waited 25 minutes because they couldn’t get more than one person to come in…..give that dude a raise

They don’t wear hairnets or gloves I find a piece of hair in my cup of ice everytime I go there and the food runs right through you

Lady was questioning whether or not I actually placed my order. She wanted me to reorder it even though I had already paid for it. The app needs to be fixed because when you do a mobile order it asks for a stall number and there are no stalls.

I just came from this location and as I’m eating my ice cream I find this object ! And of course after this I don’t eat my blast from being grossed out . I was already disappointed butterfinger blast was discontinued and now this happens ..!
