Employees are very rude and the food is flat out bad and overpriced.

I was on a bike trip and looking forward to a cold decaf vanilla latte. However they didn't have decaf coffee so I had to move on.

The quality of the food was poor. It was under-seasoned and overcooked. Additionally, the atmosphere was unfriendly. I wouldn't try it again.

So many coffee options to choose from. I had a breakfast sandwich with Gluten Free break. Was very hot and fresh. Waited maybe 5 mins. Great service. I told them I had not been here before and they gave me great recommendations. Will definitely come back!

I haven't had their food yet. I always get the Mango smoothie, and it is delicious!! I love it

I’m from out of town and walked to the closest coffee shop I could find. So glad I did. Delicious food and friendly service. Good job Spokes!

Drinks and food are fine, service is not so much. I work in the building next door and would rather trek across campus to another coffee shop because Spokes is the only place at KU that I don't feel welcome. The feeling is, either their clerks don't want to work there, or worse, they're like that because I'm not white.

To be completely honest this place is really just not the best, I only come here out of convenience because I live nearby. The coffee is okay, the food is actually pretty good, and the service is... okay. Food and drinks come out pretty fast, but no one seems to want to be working there lol. I've worked in the industry for 10 years so I understand not always having a smile plastered to your face, but I get frowned at by employees more often than not for walking up to the register.

very yummy food and coffee, only negative thing in my opinion is that the music is a little loud for studying and not the usual quiet/chill vibe of coffee shops
Some good food and pastry options, and great coffee.
This coffee shop has a great atmosphere downtown. Aaron was pretty amazing with his knowledge and skill set.
