I went in for a Summer Berry Lemonade Refresher and the same older Caucasian lady with the same ole stank attitude handed my drink like why are you here? Although perceptions can go along way the rolling of her eyes and mannerisms kept me asking about the new energy Tropical drink now offered.

Store manager doesn’t know how to apply the personal cup discount to your order which means you also don’t get the 25 bonus stars. I asked about it to make sure they apply it correctly and all what I got as an answer was that they don’t have to do anything from their end and it will get applied automatically which is incorrect if they don’t enter the personal cup discount to the order. Had to call Starbucks twice to get the stars that was such a hassle. We are paying way to much for the drink such to jump through hoops to get the bonus stars or tell Starbucks employees how to enter the orders correctly. Disappointing!

I was first in line before 5 people and every single one of them got their drink before me. The workers didn’t even ask if I needed anything when they saw me standing by the pick up counter for 15 minutes. I was trying to get their attention and no one said anything to me.
