Do Starbucks employees care that some people physically get sick from dairy? Not at this location in Bonner Springs, Kansas. Not in Alamosa Colorado. Not in Sacramento, California. Starbucks employees will use dairy without a care for your pain and suffering. And this is why I'm finally done with Starbucks. I'm tired of getting sick from overpriced coffee drinks made with dairy. Do better Starbucks.

Picked up a couple walk in orders at this location after working out at the new Planet Fitness in the same strip. No complaints. Nice locations and my orders were ready upon arrival.

Drinking your personal coffee while I wait in line to get mine fixed because it was made wrong is not a vibe for me. And 100% a health code violation. Do better. :(

I ordered for my sister and I this morning before going to work and wasted my money. I added 1 more pump of vanilla syrup to both coffees because lately, it’s been tasting off. She went inside the store and 1 coffee was done while the other was still in the process to be finished. She was near the “pick up” station waiting for my drink to be done. The same time the barista finished my drink, a kid grabbed my drink thinking it was hers and my sister just watched as it happened when she was about to grab it. The barista talked to my sister in a “rude” way telling her, “if I yell out the name of the drink, you need to grab it!” Okay damn, what a reaction. My sister didn’t say anything and just waited for my drink to be remade. She told me what happened in the car and definitely ruined our morning.

They have horrible customer service at night. It was NOBODY BUT ME and 2 people came through drive thru AFTER I placed my order inside and both people in drive thru got their orders before me and I also waited extra while a person thought that mopping a floor before making my ONE CUP OF COFFE... DO NOT COME HERE! You will be ignored, get a wrong drink, and it will taste terrible. You will not be welcomed, nobody will take your order, they will NOT call your coffee when ready, it will sit and get cold while they laugh. WORST STARBUCKS, STAY AWAY

Never get the add on’s when I use my stars. I waited in line forever. Was told to hold at the window with only 2 cars in front of me. Shows I have ordered on the sticker they print out.
The Medicine Ball is my new go to for a pick me up lol. Reminds me of my childhood.

Have been going to Dutch bros for a while, I forgot why I had stopped going to Starbucks. Today, they reminded me why, horrible service. These girls hate their job.

Asked for an Elphaba Cold Brew got a peppermint mocha cold brew. I don't like mocha and was really hoping that the people working at Starbucks knew what the promotional drink was and what it had in it. Also ordered a spinach feta wrap because they were out of almost all of the sandwiches I usually get, there was almost no cheese or spinach and mostly egg whites which, if I had known previously would have made it at home because it was absolutely terrible. Imagine an unseasoned egg white wrapped in a multi grain wrap. I have acidic burps now and feel like I'm going to throw up. On top of that, the person at the window was looking at how much I was going to tip them, making it feel like I had to tip them even though they got my coffee order completely wrong. I don't have a lot of money to spend in my budget so coming to a place like Starbucks for $20 worth of food and expecting quality should be a given. I would have just made everything at my house and saved much more money than what this food was worth. On top of that I didn't even get a straw for my crc frapp. From one barista to another, do a better job, KNOW what's in your drinks, if you don't know ASK! It's your job, people are paying you for what they want. For anyone who's going to this Starbucks location go somewhere else, it sucks. Terrible experience and way overpriced.
