I went today to Starbucks They don’t even know how to make an ice coffee and still blame me that i don’t know what I’m ordering I ask for a vanilla ice coffee and they gave me a cup with coffee and ice with almost no milk and they didn’t even put sugar on it and still tread me like I’m the stupid one !!! Worst ice coffee ever I hope the manager teach their employees how to make an ice coffee !!

This location is stupid. It literally says that their drive thru is open till 10pm. However, we went thru the drive thru at 8:59pm and the worker waited to speak just to say “it’s 9pm. We are closed”. Stupid stupid stupid.

Their service is slipping immensely, within the past few months. The people they’ve hired are largely incompetent and border on rude, and they are cranking out drinks that are so inconsistent you wish you hadn’t gone.

I had never stopped at Starbucks simply because the cost of a cup of coffee was outrageous but I went ahead and stopped and tried it. It was probably the worst cup of coffee I've ever had. The beans were obviously burnt the coffee was extremely bitter and in my opinion a total waste of money. If you want an excellent cup of coffee by Kona Coffee at the store and make it yourself.

I was in the drive-through, ordering my drink, and the manager came out the back door and granted really loud and was using the F word throwing trash away I get to the window and I asked the lady at the window if that was her manager and she said yes and I told her what happened. It’s just not a good look Starbucks for a manager to be cursing like that outside in the bag right next to where customers are at in the drive-through ordering a drink get it together

Terrible customer service. We went through the drive through at 7:05pm and a girl came out and rudely said they were closing early. We had to back out of the drive thru even though we were next in line to order. They are supposed to close until 9. I am so shocked by how unprofessional and rude she was.

2018: If you want a drink fast, go through the drive through. I ordered two drinks inside and must have seen 10 cars go through the drive through before my drinks came out. Mobile orders were also having to wait. Drinks were good though.2023 update: slow. They never have anything in stock. Go somewhere else.
