Been here a few times. Two main issues that made me leave 2 stars. The first is that my 16 oz cup is sometimes only 2/3 filled to the top. I've gotten a 16 oz here like 8 times now, and half the times they weren't filled even close to the top.
Second issue is that in the drive through, they ask for tips on the credit card machine. The 'No tip' button is small and tucked away, clearly trying to guilt you.
The workers are very nice otherwise, though.

Typical Starbucks feel. But the service was awesome. We got a taste for coffee late tonight, and this SB was still open. They were cleaning up everything but happily made our order. It was hot tasted fresh and was perfect. I was worried about the store closing in 15 minutes, but it was just awesome, and I noticed the same service with 2 more customers after us.

I order a drink thru the drive thru and I didn't realize that it was a cold drink. I wanted it hot so when we explained this to the cashier in the windows, she became agitated because I wouldn't take it anyways

? Varied table layouts, and most importantly, there are tables facing the street... with clear windows. A treat for the eyes! Drink coffee and contemplate. But no, you all have your eyes fixed on your smartphones, that’s where you have real life. Then you don't need those views outside your window. ☝️ The music didn’t scream, and it was jazz. Which only added to the pleasant contemplation. Are you sure the service here is American? ? - I've seen some negative reviews on the drinks, but our matcha latte wasn't bad. I didn't notice any dirt either. Either they improved, or they were unprofessional employees who should be fired. I also saw that someone was kicked out, being mistaken for a homeless person. This is better than breeding them. Wonderful policy!

This coffee shop was found near where I was staying. It was where I. started a day, standing in line and ordering a big cup of coffee. It was a little expensive for what it was, but the quality made it worth the expense.
