The employee was so kind. She offered me a free coffee because I didn't have time to wait for a new pot.

Little slower service than usual.
I love me a mocha frappe
#Great place to grab a Joe of your favorite flavor. Special treats for special days when you need a boost
Well stocked, friendly staff
Great coffee
DO NOT ORDER A CAKE HERE! I'm 100% positive my 6th grader could of decorated better.
only gave one star because 0 stars isn't an option for a review. although Google maps suggested I review this location, I didn't actually go to this Starbucks - because I never go to any Starbucks unless the person I'm meeting insists. after 40 years of traveling and meeting people in various venues for business, one of the great joys of retirement is to hopefully never go to another Starbucks. WAY overpriced, putrid tasting excuse for coffee. piss-poor service. uncomfortable, loud environment. obviously, I just don't understand the attraction to Starbucks. regardless, Howard Schultz deserves being memorialized as one of the greatest marketing minds of all time. to quote Mr. Schultz, "the brand is the product".

Best shaken green tea works for me and thee.
horrible service on re aisle on line. order is always wrong and it doesn't matter how early you put your order on you are screwed on sales items. I loved it before they outsourced it but it is terrible now.
Went to customer to mail a package. The printer wasn’t working. So I asking what the package would cost to mail. She said $20.40. So that is what I charged my client. Today I went to another HyVee who’s printer was working. The cost was $33.85. To mail the package. The error by your clerk cost me $13. Not happy at all. If your going to provide the service, have someone who is trained properly.
