Normally a great coffee shop to go to your In-N-Out quickly but whatever this girl Ashley, who is the manager is doing she’s doing it wrong. My frozen coffee was halfway melted when I picked it up and I still had to wait 10 minutes for her to cook my food what is the point of ordering ahead if you’re still gonna have to wait 20 or 30 minutes Jesus

Not happy here today... This is "My Starbucks" today I ordered my new fav. Which a Venti Pistachio Frap.. coconut milk/6 pumps total of pistachio syrup/no whip sub pistachio cold foam. Used the drive through but did not order from my app as I usually do because today my boyfriend paid. She handed me a grande version of my order, when I told her it was supposed to be a Venti she assured me she charged correctly for the grande. So your telling me that my Venti that I get here allllll the time is ¢.20ish less. I don't think so.

I'm genuinely really sad to leave this review as Starbucks has been the one chains that serves nice strong coffee where you can taste all of the flavors in the speciality drink. I did a drive thru order on my way to work this morning at about 6:50am. I ordered a cinnamon dolce latte half caff. I didn't get to sip my coffee until I drove away and it tasted like just hot milk with no hint of coffee taste or flavoring. I remembered there was another Starbucks on 64th street close to my work so I popped in there to see if they could remake my drink. I thought maybe the barista forgot to put in the syrup from the first drink I ordered. I was given my drink from the other location and to my dismay it tasted the same. No flavor at all just like warm milk. I was baffled. I remembered this drink being so delicious and if this bland way is how they are serving the drinks it honestly doesn't make me want to go back which is pretty heart breaking for me ☹️ What happened to the strong coffee and deliciously flavored seasonal drinks??

Tired of this location. Every time my wife’s drink taste like it has expired milk, or today she got a Vt Pep M chops . You can’t taste the chocolate taste watered down. This location makes you never want Starbucks again .

My husband picked up a FROZEN energy drink for me. Not at all as pictured on website. It came barely cold with only a few blended ice chunks,barely cold. Also since I’m paying over $7 for a drink I didn’t expect it to be
Only 3/4 of the way full. Super Disappointed.

The PSL I just ordered tastes like regular coffee with whip cream on top and pumpkin spice sprinkled on top. They keep getting what I ordered wrong. This has been going on for months now. This location use to be dependable and has rapidly declined. When they came out to give the crappy drink they tried to get me to pay again. Terrible service and terrible drinks. Hopefully it changes soon at this location. I will be going to another location for awhile.

Quite possibly the worst Starbucks I’ve rever been to. Rudest employees, and they can’t make a decent coffee. Avoid.

A starbucks like most others - however, this location is S.O. loud. If you're looking for a good place to study - this certainly isn't it.

Even with Bose ear buds in and instrumental music turned all the way up, I could still hear the staff. Staff, not other customers.

I gave this location 3 chances, 3 weeks in a row on Tuesdays and ended up leaving after 1-2 hours each time. I won't return.
