New to the area and so glad there is a location close to me! Every time I have visited it has been pleasant. If there's a long line for the drive thru it always moves pretty quickly and the service is friendly and professional. Location is easy to find with plenty of parking. Facilities are clean and well kept. Keep doing what you are doing! Thank you!
I frequent Starbucks regularly. The location on Vivian Rd in Gladstone, MO by Burlington, deserves a HUGE SHOUTOUT to the exceptional and refreshing customer service I continually see exhibited.
