Delicious food and great service!!
They are very good to cook with entreteiment for kids and adult's.
I was really looking forward to dining at Stix, but the experience fell short in several ways. The hibachi chef was noticeably rude and disengaged — the lively and interactive atmosphere you’d expect at a hibachi table just wasn’t there.
Food-wise, I specifically requested my steak medium rare, but it was served well done — the same as my two dining partners who had asked for well done. One of them ordered the same combo as I did (steak and chicken), but only received steak. When he pointed it out, the staff’s response was simply, “Are you okay with just steak or no?” — which came off as dismissive and unprofessional.
The fried rice was extremely salty due to an excess of soy sauce, which made it hard to enjoy.
And for a total of $130 for just three people, it definitely wasn’t worth the price. Between the poor service, food issues, and overall lack of value, I can’t recommend this place based on our experience.
I feel so cheated and discriminated against. The chef seemed to favor the other party, gave them more food than he did my party and made many off-color jokes. He wasn't entertaining and my vegetables were undercooked. I had 2 Hibachi meals, crab wontons and a kids meal. My bill was $100. I was shocked to find that an 18% tip was already included even though the chef did not deserve it. They also overcharge for the ginger dressing. The location in Collierville, Tn charges $7 and markets it in a bottle, Kansas charges $11 for the same amount and puts in a to-go styrofoam bowl.
It will be my first time and it will be my last time dinning here.
Our party of 7 went tonight to celebrate the youngest kiddo turning 19. We were promptly greeted upon walking in and the hostess was very polite. Our server greeted us and handed us menus as we sat down. He was full of smiles and very polite. He had his hands full as we kept asking questions and ordering drinks and appetizers. He did it all with courtesy and again, lots of smiles. Our cook was incredible. He didn't like talking much but he always had a smile on his face and told our daughter Happy Birthday. They came out with a drum and sang to her and everyone clapped and wished her a Happy Birthday. What an incredible experience!! We will def be back! OH!!! Several sushi rolls were ordered as well and ALL of the food was delicious. 0 complaints!! Thank you all for making our daughter's birthday dinner a hit!!!!
Found a fried cockroach in our calamari. Would you want you come back after that???

Nice place the hibachi was fun and well prepared. I did feel a bit rushed towards the end so next time I'm just going to get a regular table.

Made reservations at 6:30 for regular dine in for homecoming, was finally seated at 6:50, which wasn't the worst they were busy of course but after getting my food and paying the price of 61 something dollars and tipping a messily amount of 4 dollars because I'm literally broke I looked to see they charged me $31 extra for a total of 91 dollars, I don't know about most people but if you want to get scammed go ahead and eat here.

Will never go back and I use to love this place. So first it was 4 adults and two babies. They kept saying it's 6 of y'all. And I didn't understand why they was saying that. Until the end. ( 6 or more gratuity will be automatically added to check) ok. Second I got a sushi roll with crab and tempera shrimp, no shrimp came in it or on it. Just a tail. And when I showed the waiter he said it's there. So I moved the sushi around and said where. He walked away. The sushi was not well put together either. Couldn't pick up with chopsticks. So I asked for a manager, never came. Then they bring the check and that's when I notice the gratuity. My check went from $13 to $15 to $20 because of all the taxes and gratuity. My sushi was only $11. I will never go back. They have gone downhill and soon they will close just like most of the other old restaurants at the Legends. Can't keep customers because of greed and bad customer service.

No complaints, food was very good and our personal chef was funny and our dinner was amazing
Kid-friendliness: There were 3 children at our hibachi. Very well behaved. The chef was very good at keeping them entertained, all while preparing this amazing filet and chicken meal.

Been coming here since they opened almost 20 years ago and haven't been disappointed. The sushi is among the best in town, and the Hibachi is second to none.
