Over promise. Under deliver. I made reservations for 6:30 on a Sunday and when I got there on time had to wait almost an hour just to be seated. At 8:00 we still didn’t have a chef cooking for us. We spent over $200 just on drinks and appetizers waiting. I guess good tactic to make money but not happy that my drink and appetizers cost almost more than dinner. Really? This was my birthday and was supposed o go smoothly. NOT!

Plastic in my sushi roll. The crab stick was wrapped in plastic then fried. Manager didn’t even apologize however did refund me for one roll, though after eating plastic I was unable to any of the meal. Very displeased.

Tried to take our daughter here for a birthday dinner at the hibachi grill. Short guy in the front had a problem with the host saying we could eat at the hibachi. He started complaining in Spanish making very rude comments about us and about the host. His the problem was that we were a party at 3, so he was going to have to sit us with the other party. This is not the birthday dinner my daughter imagined. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Not only did we only have the choice of sitting at the end, they packed an entire loud family in next to us. We decided just to leave and on our way out - Nobody cared. The restaurant was dead for a reason. Find somewhere else - Stix is 🗑

It was first time visiting this restaurant iI was out with my 20 years old kid. She loves Sushi. To her standard food was everage. The place is not very clean. Their bathrooms floors are super oily it's hard to walk there not safe

Over charged us said I had two beers had water. Very long cooking food said grill was not hot enough. Said they would discount food. No they didn’t bye the time I got my meat the rice and vegetables were cold.

We had a group of 14 people, came for a celebration. The guy at the front was adamant about everyone being there, okay understood but when we got seated we still had to wait an additional 20 mins to get drinks so there was no reason for waiting until everyone was there. We still haven’t been served. We get seated and eventually we get soups/salads. The chef cooking the food did an okay job everyone’s portions were a bit small, the drinks were watered down. When asked for a fresh drink she brought back a pitcher instead of a fresh beverage. The steak is chewy, the chicken was dry and he wasted more food than what he put on everyone’s plate. For the whole party the total was about $600 (gratuity was included). Not worth it! But the egg rolls were good, made fresh.

Two people for hibachi, we were told a five minute wait....15-20 minutes later the hostess informs us that she was directed by her boss not to seat anyone. Very disappointing as there were other people waiting.
I'll never turn down a hibachi night. Quick and entertaining everytime. Great atmosphere, the chefs are really skilled. Good job guys!!

Food pretty good. Rice could be better. Steak and veggies really good. But I WILL NOT RETURN HERE UNTIL WINTER!!! It was so freaking HOT in this place!! Like absolutely ridiculously miserable. As we were passing the thermostat walking out we noticed it said 83 degrees!!!!!!! 😳😳🥵😰💦 The waitress was also rude and not friendly.

They only have 2 people working it seems like and no one helped us for 25 minutes. They didn’t even acknowledge us🤣. We ended up leaving. The service here NEEDS to be improved.
