I’ve gone twice in the last month to this location, and the teenagers do not have respect. They left CHEESE off of both mine and my husbands sandwiches and put the wrong condiments on both. It felt as though because we were in the drive through that the workers didn’t even try to make our food correctly. When I spoke to ‘Tamara’ she said it’s her store and there was nothing she could do about it. The other time, one entire sandwich wasn’t even put in my bag. Both times had to drive 10 minutes back to the subway, and they offered nothing to compensate me. ‘Tamara’ wasn’t kind or understanding that ‘her store’ was making less than the minimum effort. I only rate if I can’t make it right and this is TWICE.

At 5:41pm on August 19, 2024 I pulled up and there was a girl sitting in her car. I went in, there was no one inside. I guess the girl in car was the only employee and wasn’t gonna come in to help me…?.

They have 2 bathrooms here that are illegally locked, they claim the reasoning is because people can’t take care of the bathrooms at this location.This is not legal!
