This is the worse Subway our office has ever had. Including me. We all had Old crumbling bread, not toasted, cold cheese. My sandwich was smothered in mustard only, no toasted(basically the opposite of what was requested.) Horrible food, never again! This is why I don't go in the city and eat. Our boss spent money out of her pocket for the 5 of us and it was a total waste!

Efficient and good location
Never again will I order and have it delivered. I want to be standing right there watching them make my sandwich. I couldn't believe the The New Boss sub they made and sent. All it had was four little meatballs .That was it...They made it with no effort at all. That's not how the new Biss sub comes. Then when I complained manager hung up on me two times. I never disrespected her I never cursed at her...I had every right to be upset. It wasn't about the price of the sub. It was the attitude all around from start to finish. Meaning even the poor effort they gave making my sub. The way they made my sub showed they HATE THEIR JOB...now everyone needs employment to care for their families and pay bills. But please if you're in a job you HATE...find different work. We all have choices in life. Get yourself out of thar situation. If you know you dont like dealing with the public then you shouldn't work in this type of work field. Not every customer will be happy and on flip side no employees shouldn't be abused either but in same sentence...Treat people how you want to be treated.

Ordered from here and instead of my sandwich being, you know, in bread, it was loosely thrown into a plastic container and considered acceptable. So now I just have this food blob instead of an actual real edible sandwich.
This location is so hit or miss. Online orders take 40+ minutes to complete leaving people waiting and waiting. It is a shame when mobile ordering is marketed as a convenience then while you wait for your order 30+ walk-in orders get served first, it is not convenient at all. Additionally, the mobile orders are frequently incorrect. Imagine waiting 40 minutes of your 1 hour lunch break for your sandwich to come out wrong but you have no time to have them correct it. If you come to this location, maybe stay away from mobile ordering.

I didn’t get a chance to eat there because the HOURS aren’t updated to reflect they aren’t open on weekends. Please update that asap so others don’t walk a mile to find out the hard way they are closed.

Used to be very fast and quality. New employees got hired about four months ago and they’re pretty slow and sloppy. Would recommend going to a different subway
Very nice and clean right by KCMU. Spoke with the owner before I left to let her know how nice of a location she has. Very friendly.
