Went to this location around 3:45 p.m. November 18th the manager was really nice she may have forgot to order some of the condiments but she gave me a free sandwich and a fountain drink to compensate for the lack of things they didn't have and the customer service was good so I will be back

It is hard to fiend a place with customer service this bad, not only do they mess up your order every time you go there but on at least 5 occasions my I went or my boyfriend went approx 1-1.5 hours before they closed only to find the doors locked and see the employees ducking down behind the counter.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. Much like one of the previous reviews, I ordered through the app and never received any food. When I arrived, the door to the rear entrance was locked, so I should have known then it wasn't going to go well. After walking in the front door, I was "greeted" by a woman listing off all of the items they were out of, which seemed to be most of the menu. When I told her I had ordered through the app, she said she didn't have the order and that her "machine had been down all day." Ooook. Why is it still able to accept orders? She didn't have the answer to that question and didn't seem particularly interested in helping. I asked her how I was going to get a refund and she said that she didn't know and couldn't help me. When I complained that she was being unhelpful, she said, 'You don't have to be so rude.' Great. I called the customer service number and was informed that (a) she should have been able to void the transaction and (b) when the representative called the store, they don't have a working phone number, but she emailed the owner. Two days later, I haven't heard anything. So as if I needed another reason to dislike Subway, there we have it. I don't recommend Subway in general, but I would advise against this location unless all other choices are unavailable.

Good food, kind helpful staff, I'm on a walker, and they offered to carry my food to my table and get my drink for me. Decent priced. Close to KU Med Center so is convenient for families.

I ordered 3 sandwiches and yes they were to be rung up separately and when I told the guy behind the counter this he cursed at me for his inconvenience. I will never be back to your establishment I would rather starve.

Walked in at 1:45pm today (Sun. 11/18), and there was no one in the store. Waited a few minutes, then yelled out "Hello?" to see if anyone would come up front. After a minute a lady did come up front, but she didn't really greet me and definitely made me feel like I was interrupting something/ being a burden to her. I attempted to order a sandwich but was told they were out of about half the ingredients I wanted on it (pepper jack cheese, tomatoes, banana peppers, etc.) So I just left and went to Five Guys next door.
