If I could give them negative stars I would. Ordered a sandwich to be picked up at a particular time. Was a little early so went in to ask if the sandwich could be made early as there were no other customers. The man was not only rude but clearly has an issue with women because he immediately dismissed my order even though I had the confirmation email as well as the payment order confirmation number with proof on my banking app that the money had been drawn from my account. Said he couldn't do anything about it and even refused service to my husband. Dont go here if you expect service of ANY kind or a decent human being to deal with. Very racist and exist employees.

it is cold outside.....we needed to stand inside to wait for an uber so we asked if we can sit for 10 mins because it was cold....she raised her voice and said no only customers in here only......not a nice place to visit nor stand for 10 mins to get out of the cold....will never come here again....

If the lady is working, turn around and go somewhere else. She purposely puts the edge/stem pieces of the tomato on my sandwich when the tub was full of tomato slices. She actually dug them out from the side of the tray. She must not like me, not sure why. She was rude and threw my receipt at me when I asked for more than 3 pickle slices on a foot long.If the guy is there, it will be fine, but if you see the older lady, leave immediately.

Came here to buy something. I had to use the restroom an as I was walking towards it the Somalian lady which was an employee told me it’s for customers. I replied I “am a customer” and she responded “ u have to buy something to use the restroom”. It made me not even want to buy anything I will never come here again. Poor customer service smh
