Ordered 2 steak and cheese sandwiches. Was basically a bunch of mayo and green peppers. BARELY ANY MEAT WHATSOEVER, looked absolutely disgusting. Went back to the store to have the sandwiches remade and lady refused saying there was nothing wrong with them. Tried to refuse a return at first stating they were already made, but we brought them back, didn't even take a bite. Reluctantly she finally gave us a refund but wasn't even for the full amount. Save yourself the headache and go to the Subway on Chouteau.

Go to ANY other subway. This place is always a lil off but I live around the corner so sometimes I go anyway. Tonight the employee refused to heat the meat and put it on untoasted bread because “subway doesn’t do that” tf??He then proceeded to leave the metal doors up so I couldn’t see him making my sandwich, while mumbling inaudibly. I’m pretty sure that man was on drugs. I’m also pretty sure he did something foul to that sandwich.I just left. No thank you.

This is the most cursed Subway I’ve ever been to. When the weather is nice enough you’ll typically see the employees out front in regular clothes. The food is almost inedible.Please keep in mind that this is my opinion, but these issues are likely due to a scrooge mcduck owner. There are reviews from past employees claiming that they did not get the wage they were promised. There are also contractors stating similar practices.Just go to the other Subway. About a mile or two down the road you will find a cleaner and better run Subway. The franchisee of that subway likely is more honest and less cheap.

Whoever was on duty 11/17 at this store didn't build sandwich right on mobile order. Showed employee receipt he stated his receipt showed different but couldn't locate it. Refused to remake sandwich without charging again I will never go to subway again.

The food took so long to get there which was so good bc I had to finish some work and the food had a rat in it which is cool bc they knew my favorite animal was a rat they didn’t have a lot of ingredients and that’s good bc I didn’t want a lot of ingredients the workers were rude which I loved bc it helped me control my anger so overall 5/5 stars

We stopped in just for a snack to hold us over for a while. The nice women behind the counter had some nice hot cookies fresh out of the oven. We had to wait a couple of minutes for them to cool before we could take them. Even then they still bent over on me and melted some of the chips on my fingers. But they were so good. Good thing I have napkins. A nice place with a nice person serving us.The only thing I did notice is that they had notes down on the restrooms saying you needed to be a customer to use them. I'm guessing they get a lot of traffic from the highway only interested in the restrooms. So I thought about it, and didn't remember many rest areas on the highway. Maybe that is the issue. I can't comment on the restrooms themselves, I didn't use them.Anyway, I don't frequent Subway a lot. But I do like the cookies. I'm glad that I stopped at this subway for a snack (cookies). Because I was fortunate to meet a very nice lady who served me.

I went in after the store had been opened for almost 3 hours and they had nothing prepared. Had no bread prepared or thawed. There should of been no reason for nothing being ready after 3 hours of opening.

The worker was preparing another customer’s sandwich when I walked in so I went to the beginning and waited. I watched the worker use his gloved hand to pull something from his pocket and slip it to the customer prior to wrapping up the sandwich or getting to the register. Don’t know what it was, don’t want to know. He did wash his hands thoroughly and get new gloves before helping me.

Hilariously terrible customer service and poor management. Go in and see for yourself. I make it a game: Will the employee be eating in the lobby and not working? Will the employee be on their phone ignoring you? Will you even be able to open the front door during business hours??? Usually, it's a combination of all three! ?

Employees dressed in plain street clothes, they didn't seem to know the menu. Kept looking over their shoulders to see what to put on my sandwich by looking at the menu board. Sandwich looked like an experiment gone wrong. Didn't even try to fold it. Served it open face style.

can I give less than one star ??Because we made an order and when we got there they closed early and have refused to even refund us for the sandwiches plus a tip we had paid for onlineDo not order from here management obviously does not care we told them the employee told us to leave because they were closed...cameras would prove this person closed earlyThey stole our money it has been days and even kept the tipwe feel like we tipped them to steal from usDO not make online orders they steal
