website only deal 12” sub for $6.99 is overcharging customers on their website. do the math. you are not paying $6.99 for you sandwich. yes, i am talking about the sub-total price before tax. tried to have this corrected in the store and was told they have no way to correct it and the cash register would not allow them to ring the sandwich up for $6.99. employees however where nice about it and offered to provide a refund of the amount overcharged if i could wait until tomorrow and handle it then.

The owner always keeps the staff too low for the order so everything takes forever. The workers are always polite, but the owner is such a cheapskate that he puts one worker on a night that puts them 45 minutes behind. It’s not that expensive to have two workers until closed. I worked at subway for over a year. I know how it works and this owner needs to quit being an idiot with his scheduling/hiring or I will drive farther to the next subway. Second picture was 30 minutes after waiting inside after ordering online 15 minutes prior.

My husband & I both had the Tuna from this location on Monday. A few hours later my husband was sick. The next day, I was sick. I believe we both got food poisoning from here per we both had the same exact thing. I've been here many times, but this will most likely be the last.

Shawnee Drive, KS location only accepted one of our on line orders. We tried calling, and they said they wouldn't take any other orders. I said it's only 8:30pm and you accepted half our orders. He still said.no. When we went to pick up our food at 8:35 pm we again asked them to make our other two orders and they said no. There were two people there, we could see that there was plenty of toppings and bread, but both employees said they couldn't help us. They said to call and complain. The next day I tried again to drive up at 8:30 pm. The doors were locked and again we could not order! So disappointed! How can this location have noone who is willing to do their job. I haven't been by there Monday or today, but I would assume they are closed!!
