I ordered food online, it was wrong had to come into the store the next day.......they only gave me a partial refund........nothing they can do apparently, they have a new manager or what ever........so subway stole my money...

I came in, and I was treated very poorly :( I have always not had a good experience at this subway location. The lady that made my Sandwhich was RUDE and was in a hurry to close… but they closed at 9:30 … and it wasn’t even 9:30!!! She had freckles and had braces… I believe she’s the manager … She was busy in the back doing dishes and asked me to wait until she was done … and then I told her what I wanted when she came back out and she was throwing my sandwhich around because she was in SUCH A HURRY and literally ALMOST SLIPPED out of her hands… I asked her for extra black olives and she slaps them on the sandwhich and only puts them in the middle… and then kept asking quickly what else I wanted and I was like girl slowwww downnn let me think… and then she goes to wrap up the sandwhich and basically the sauce on my sandwhich got everywhere on the wrapping because she barely wrapped it up… POOR SERVICE and not good with customers. She does not need to be working in the food industry if she cannot treat people with kindness and I’m pretty sure this girl has had other not so good reviews either… shows a lot unfortunately… :((

It took a while to order because they were busy which is understandable; it’s a Sunday. But I lost that time from my lunch break to find out they don’t have the multigrain bread. Work on your buying.
The five stars is for the wonderful young adults working at this location. This review is for the female manager. This lady has no business being a manager. The entire time I was in the store she was treating the staff horribly. I heard her telling her employees that they will be getting write-ups if they don’t do what she says. I am not sure how she expects them to serve and prep - I would not work here. How do I get in touch with her boss. These kids do an amazing job and to be treated poorly is not acceptable. You get more with honey than vinegar lady. This location needs to do better.

Closed like 20 minutes early when I already knew what I wanted and would not have even been 5 minutes
This is the only location I will go to and it's usually pretty good. My only issue is they seem to always run out of bread somehow. I make sure I call before I place an order.
I had a rather jarring experience at this location today and to think that it came from a team member who identified herself as a manager is jaw-dropping! Firstly Ms. Elderly woman with braces , if simply putting toppings on some bread took you out of your way, made your day go bad , caused you mental anguish, I apologize however you SHOULD NOT be in management, you definitely shouldn’t be the first face someone sees upon entering this establishment with your off-putting , unpleasant demeanor. WORD TO THE WISE : Do Not patronize this establishment unless , you want a confrontation over sandwich toppings!!! Tuh , you should thank God right now that I’m on the path of change.

There is no way for me to express adequately just how mad I am. This is the second time I have ordered at the location in Kansas City, KS 66109. Both experiences were absolutely horrific.
Two hours ago I ordered eight sandwiches on the app to be ready by 4:30. The app told me the sandwiches were being made. The app told me the sandwiches were done. This is for a time sensitive thing for a birthday party. My husband is at the location right now and they let him know that no one has touched those sandwiches and that the app actually defaults so that it tells you it’s done when it’s not.
Hands-down, this is the worst restaurant in Kansas City. Save your money because they don’t deserve a penny from you.
*update: I spoke to the manager and she let me know that even if you order your sandwiches ahead of time, the tickets don’t come in until 15 minutes before your sandwich is ready. She also let me know that they have employee issues. None of this is appropriate or justifiable and I’m not OK with those excuses.

Visited this establishment while out near the Kansas Speedway. When we entered the store noone greeted us or welcomed us into the store. The young ladies working that day didn't smile or appear to have any customer service skills. They both spoke under their breath where you could barely hear either one of them.
My husband and I both ordered the Chicken Garlic sandwich and the food was decent but not great. We kept having to repeat ourselves when requesting certain toppings on the sandwiches.
The bathrooms weren't well kept. The store itself looked clean but the customer service was so lackluster there was no way we were going to stay to dine in. We were made to feel like we were bothering these young ladies working there and that neither one of them really even wanted to be there to begin with.
Overall, this wasn't a very good experience at all. I wouldn't return and therfore can't recommend this place to anyone.

Is zero stars a thing? 2 guys working, both slow as all get out, only customers in the building. One didn't know what went on the sandwich even though he found the cheat card on the railing. How can you have a hot cheesesteak with NO CHEESE??!?. Skimped on the other items, when I asked if the sandwich (already toasted) had the cheese on it he didn't even know and went to put cold cheese on it. 2nd person that was with me had to explain how to make their sandwich even tough it was a standard sandwich. What a joke. Not going back to this one again. Atmosphere of a concrete slab is right. Quiet, slow, unfriendly, soft talkers. No thanks. 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches to be made.

Great Subway location! We visited on 3/21/24 in the evening. They were pretty busy with pickup orders but the staff were very prompt to take my walk in order. The young man who made our sandwich was soft spoken and very polite. The young lady who was working, was working very hard. When she ran out of something he immediately took it and refilled it. The teamwork was there with these 2! They deserve a raise!

Messed up my sandwich twice, after repeating it to them multiple times. They didn't seem to care to even be there. I just gave up and took what they gave me. I'd give them negative if I could.

I would give this subway ZERO stars if I could. The 2 girls working here could care less about their job. They had the personality of the concrete of which the building sets. No one talked, smiled, nothing. It was like they were mad you came in to order a sandwich. I felt like I was on an episode of pranked. I wouldn't recommend this subway to anyone. Just find a different one. I will absolutely never spend another dollar in this store.
