The lady that worked there always made faces at me had a attitude and cursed me off in a different language she complained that I never ordered anything so I did, and they still complained, the guy working there screamed at me banged on the table and told me to get out for no reason, he never gave me any reason, everyone else got to bring outside food and drinks they never clean the place up or wash their hands that is literally the worst subway I ever been to I wouldn't be surprised if they closed it down nobody I know likes that place.

The Indian woman who was up front was very rude to my boyfriend and told him they don't accept coupons at this location but accepted coupons from me before no problem won't be coming back

Ordered on app for pickup, boyfriend went to Store located at 10824 Parallel Pkwy, Walmart #1151. When he returned he did not have the limited time cookee that was ordered. I called the store at 4:18pm to see what could be done about missing item. The employee who answered had a thick accent & was not understanding what I was saying. I repeated it 3 times, she questioned if I had a reciept and made me feel like I was laying. She finally said come back with reciept and she would get it. I sent boyfriend back with screenshot of entire email. She tried to charge him as again she did not understand what he was saying. He called me upset and I told employee that I spoke to her on the phone. She was very unprofessional and made comments that I was not being truthful or she needed my reciept. I told her he showed you it & she questioned time of order, how it was ordered & order number. I have never been treated like a thief. I am a Social Worker and deal with many people never once have I been treated this way. She sat at the register to confirm order. I do not know how you train your employees but this lady needs customer service training. I will not use your restaurant again.

Horrible experience. I ordered online because there was a buy one get one promotion going on. I get to the store, they tell me that I added too many vegetables to my sandwich, they didnt have multiple toppings that were supposed to go on my sandwich, and did not put multiple of the sauces that I ordered on my sandwich. When I came in they were talking to me with a severe attitude like it was my fault for ordering these things that they "didnt have" online.
Bottom line, I got skimped on the veggies and sauces being put on my sandwich. Order from a different subway. This one is not it.
