I had a great experience at this Subway thanks to Jennifer. Her hospitality stood out the moment I walked in she greeted me with a smile, was super patient, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers. The service was quick, and Jennifer made the whole visit positive. Definitely one of the best Subway experiences I’ve ever had

I come to this Subway at least once a week for my lunch break and Jennifer is here every single time and always makes my sandwich! She’s super accommodating and very nice! She even helped me make my sandwich better with recommendations! She’s the best!

After waiting in line for an eternity with six people ahead of me, it's finally my turn. I was told, it would be a 10 minute wait before they'd take my order because they just got a big call in order. I eat at this location everyday, and kept going back, despite the horrible service. I walked and and will never return.

The gentleman at the store was very kind. Not very often do you get asked how uoue doing through the busy lunch rush but he asked every single person in line how they were doing and was very kind and respectful.

Indu guy there is Racist!!!! I know it is impossible to understand this, coming from a guy that is minority like me but so disappointed of this place never come back. I asked to use the restroom and he denied access, in the check out I asked again the lady there and she told me restroom are out of service, then while I was dinning in the restaurant another person "white" asked to used and guess what he gave him the key to use the restroom.
I ordered my food online, then came in to wait for my food to finish being prepared. I ordered a glass of ice water which I was charged 65 cents for...ok no big deal I suppose. But then i go and try to find a clean table to sit. I had to literally ask an employee to wash a table for me. Then as I'm sitting there waiting for my food I get to looking around. There's trash and food all over the floor. I decided to let that go too. Then after my food was ready I ate half of one of my sandwiches... yes, I ordered 2 foot long subs, I'm a PAYING customer. Afterwards I wanted to wash my hands. I was informed that both bathrooms are out of order and if I want clean hands I need to go elsewhere. I got upset and gave them a piece of my mind, and told them they would be getting in trouble soon and that I would be giving them a bad review for having a FILTHY UNSANITARY RESTAURANT. I also called and left a message for the health department. As a regular customer of Subway I'd strongly suggest you find a different location to eat at. 3714 State Ave Kansas City Ks is one the filthiest places I've ever eaten at.

I came in around 7:30 and I ordered 5 sandwich’s which was very inconsiderate of me. It takes time to close and I understand how painful it can be. The staff were still very helpful and did not seem bothered at all! It can be hard working it customer service so I appreciate them being patient with me and my big order. Thank you so much ?

The veggies were warm, and wilted, the 4 Indian owners were working and one rubbing his long hair with bare hands before grabbing bread. 6” barely any vegetables used, all on 1 side. Italian Bread taste old.
