Previously rated this location high stars. After today I will never go back. Online order was suppose to be ready at 4:05 which is when I arrived. Was told another 10 min. At time I walked in was only 2 customers inside the store. I waited as informed soon as I sit down a crowd of people walk in and they help them and make all those orders. I had to get up and yell to get my food started. If I had known this I would have just ordered when I walked in.

I got a footlong Monster, The girl working the counter asked the right questions, she knew what she was doing and both of them working had in under control. Food was good. I used to manage a Subway, and they nailed it. If I had been a secret shopper they would’ve passed with flying colors.

First I will explain that it was close to closing time, so that was part of the problem with the food.The service was fine, but for some reason there was a metal shelf in front of the glass where the different meats and cheeses were. You couldn’t see the condition of the food or how it was being prepared.
