I just left this subway location and felt compelled to write a review. I didn’t catch the two employees names while there today (3/1/25 at 11:50 am), but they were incredible kind and considerate. I walked in having just unexpectedly leaving my dog for inpatient hospitalization teary eyed and completely flustered. Both ladies took excellent care of me, asked me if I was okay, and wished me and my pup well on my way out. Having lived in this area for a while, this subway is located in a tough part of town that would harden anyone, understandably, against small acts of kindness like this. Thank you ❤️

I came in and started ordering a 6" meatball sub, and one the employees (seemed like a supervisor or the manager) showed that they had a deal going on for that day, for a 6" sub, chips and a drink for 7 bucks, which saved me a bit of money. Very helpful. I wanted to use the giftcard I got with my Amex points at the register, but it seems their system was having problems accepting it. They spent a little time getting it solved and getting me on my way.

Overall, great customer service, and willing to problem solve for a random customer coming through the door who isn't making them much money, while also saving me money.

Was really surprised how friendly the employee was I believe she said her name was Lisa she was very sweet was in and out less then 5 min I would highly recommend this subway to any one in the Westport area I do not live close by but this is my new to go to subways

And running to the back. didn't Read anything I put an online order. cold cut all the vegetables please he put Chipotle sauce on a cold cut sandwich 🤮 mustard and mayonnaise please mad 😡 😡 when I got home because it's wasn't right and this sandwich on the way home

I really wish I could give this location 0 stars first off the customer service is horrible the people who work there are extremely rude and just don’t want to be there. Second they constantly run out of turkey or some other ingredient. This will be the 3rd time I’ve had to cancel an order it’s not hard to update the add to show available ingredients 0/10 there are other locations around that actually care

Horrible horrible horrible!!!! I ordered online they forgot my whole meal and sent only 1 sandwiches I’ve been calling 20 calls in and still no answer! This place is horrible I can not imagine what else they do if they can’t even answer 20 calls in a row. Smdh lazy ppl

Ordered online. The Westport location made my buffalo chicken wrap with no sauces and I didn't catch it until I got home. I tried to call for a refund or swap but nobody answers the phone.

They make my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME and don’t answer their phone this is the worst location I have ever been to. There’s a dude that works there on Saturdays who is always the one making things wrong so make sure you go during the week
