I would like to say that I went into subway today, I was in a bad mood and I was waited on by Tony who was very friendly and just the best customer service and attitude, I left there in a better mood than I walked in , it was his attitude, his conversation , it was the best service I’ve had in awhile , I recommend subway on s 18th and go see Tony , he is the best , I’ve told all my family and friends, so hope your looking for some business.

I was not feeling the best; kind of woozy and thought maybe I needed to eat. Tony and Jamie welcomed me to the store, fulfilled my order and continued to make small talk. I’ve never been to a friendlier Subway. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. Jamie even came to check on me to see if I was feeling better after eating a little bit. They both really just made such an impression on me; I could tell that both of them enjoy their jobs and like to connect with the guests. Thank you Jamie and Tony for the service and making my lunch experience so lovely. Your hard work and friendly attitude is seen!

Why don't they care to get the Drive Thru Intercom working. Handwriting orders is not working because they Forget a lot of things. They can do Better but I guess they Obviously Don't Care too !
