The staff was friendly, but good lord I put in a mobile order for ASAP, drove 15 minutes there, waited 15 minutes in the drive through (2 cars ahead of me), they asked for my phone and confirmed it was the right location but lost the order, told me to drive around and park and wait in the parking lot, waited 15 more minutes while they kept serving orders to people who came in after me, then locked the doors to the lobby. Nobody in the drive through, they straight up forgot I was there and just took my money. I only ordered 3 items, wth?! I'm honestly impressed with how incompetent they are.

The food is always horrible. Cantina Chicken Quesadillas didn't taste right, Loaded Beef Nachos weren't even loaded, the meat and toppings, and Nacho Fries were still hard when it was still hot and sometimes the Mexican Pizza looked like it got dropped on the floor when it was still in the box and in the bag

I ordered a chicken cantina Taco. Not only was it cold, it had literally THREE pieces of chicken inside. This is one of their premium tacos and I feel cheated out of my money

Not only did he forget to hand me my drink cup because I paid for a combo, but he also left out one of my tacos. I knew the worker was lazy because a man was trying to get his attention while his back was against the counter on the phone but he was also the taco man and was back on his phone all nonchalantly while I waited for him to give me my drink

If you're getting delivery, it is very hit and miss to get the whole order you ordered for some reason. Half the time items are missing, and food usually arrives warm at best. I suggest picking your order up at this Taco Bell to ensure all items are there. Unfortunately, it's hard to say if this is merchants or delivery drivers' fault. I've had items delivered to the wrong house and had to wait days for a refund to go back into my account.

Worst taco bell I've been to . Every time I go through the drive thru, the order is Always wrong. always. They are not huge or complicated orders, just basic things and I end up having to go back in to get my order completed. Staff is impatient and does not listen. I know customer service is hard, but they do nothing to make the experience any better. Too bad this is the only taco bell near this area. Otherwise I'd never go there again.

I ordered a crispy taco. It came in a large taco shell and barely had any food in it. A very small amount of meat, maybe the size of my little finger, same with lettuce and cheese. It was almost just taco. I took pictures. The shell was broken when I opened it up. I was very disappointed in Taco Bell.

Parking: Plenty of parking, there was no one in the parking lot or in the store.

Kid-friendliness: It just looked kids friendly

Wheelchair accessibility: There was plenty of room for a wheelchair both in the parking lot and in the store

If your employees can’t differentiate between chipotle and creamy jalapeño, change the name of the dang sauce. My food is too spicy to eat, therefore a complete waste of my money. It’s really only an issue because it happens almost every freaking time and it’s the SIMPLEST thing to do. Sauce. That’s it. Train better cuz you ruined my night after this $23 meal.
