The wait times at this location are ridiculous whether in the drive-thru or in the lobby. I tend to spend 15-20 minutes waiting for my order on each visit, even when I order ahead. Food always comes out warm at least.

The Manager that runs this store does not treat his employees with any respect. He refused several time to give us the phone number to HR so we can properly leave a complaint. I assume it’s because he knows his practices are not right. It took us involving the police in order to get the phone number. But I definitely don’t recommend this location to anyone. The store managers name is Josh and he is rude and treats his employees like trash for $16 an hour. He has no respect for anyone including his self.

Bathroom was locked and had to ask a worker to open it. Mold growing on the urnial, floor disgusting looked like throw up, mirror was about gone. Probably the most filthiest bathroom I have even been in. Stinch consisted of throw up and rotten eggs.

Missed a couple of items. This is becoming too common that I would have to park in the parking lot to check my order EVERY SINGLE DAMN TIME I go. These managers need to one; train their staff better or CEOS to lower the damn prices on these menu items. I'm not wasting my damn gas. We work hard to be able to treat ourselves. This is not okay. If I were you, I would go to a different location. SKIP THIS ONE ALL TOGETHER.

Waited a half hour after my pick-up time was given to me via the app. Checked my order before I left, and my order was wrong and waited another 10 mins to have it fixed. No apologies, all I got was, "we got slammed." As I was waiting I filled out the complaint form via the app and that was submitted this past Saturday and I haven't heard anything word actually I got an automated response from TB and it said were on it and as of today that was 5 days ago! Oh, and the chicken dippers were a tad bigger than a sauce packet wide and just as long.

Do not go to this Taco Bell. They have extremely long wait times when there’s never anyone in the drive-through I waited here for almost an hour for a single order and the staff is exceptionally rude!!!
