This taco bell will leave you standing at the counter for 20 minutes ignoring that you are there in favor of people in the drive through even if you were standing there before the people get to the drive thru, repeatedly saying you can use the kiosk when you have said you are paying in cash. On top of this their food quality is extremely low. I got a spicy potato soft taco where the potatoes were as hard as croutons. Worst taco bell in the entire city. I will not come here for lunch before work again.

This place is absolutely trash, I have been here numerous times and keep hoping things will get better. The staff acts entitled and like you should be grateful to even get food here, if you actually can even get your food. 3 times and didn't get the right meal. Tried to dash food today and surprisingly got my food but no drinks that I ordered.

Ordered one five layer burrito with no refried beans add potatoes. I got home and it was only beans no beef. Called and the manager said she heard me wrong.

Ordered the cheezit crunchwrap meal, received a regular crunchwrap, meal comes with a 5 layer burrito, mine just had meat and nacho cheese, also oredered 2 double decker supremes and received regular double deckers. The worst, don't stop here. Go to the Wendy's or Burger King across the street.

Taco Bell was my only option tonight and it disappointed, as always. I was ignored by an overweight, older white woman scrolling on her phone at the counter. I don’t eat meat, so I order my items without meat - get home and find plenty of questionable tacobell meat in my vegetarian burritos - tried calling in for a resolution, no answer - thanks!

Me and my grandson visited this location Mrs Kewstan is a beautiful soul and Angel ? the food was fresh and delicious we were blessed and for that I'm for ever grateful to you all thank you again for everything ?❤
