They like to hire people that they fired already... communication is garbage, was supposed to get a remodel and never has happened. Rather HIRE garbage drunks over good quality workers. Drinking on the job when has that ever been allowed 😭. It's allowed at this location obviously..people only act responsible and do what they are supposed to when the GM is around. When she isn't lol good luck getting good food. Also the portions you are supposed to get you only get half of that to keep food cost down. So when you get your order and it looks on the smaller side it's because you aren't getting the serving you was supposed to, to begin with. Also when you get told to pick a day for training and you pick a Monday and that same Monday they never opened the store because of the snow storm you would think they would inform people that they are closed and not to come to work would be a professional thing to do but they don't do that either. When you feel that your meat or beans or chips or twist are old it's because it is old 4 hour hold time what's that let's keep it for the night shift to use. Stop spending your hard earned money at this store. Why let people drink on the job though?? Morning male manager drinks beer on the job and the old assistant now shift leader drinks on job ....come on

My food is cold and sloppy. I ordered a cantina quesadilla and a soft taco supreme. This location on blue ridge by the stadium is terrible compared to others. My quesadilla wasn't browned cut rushed and it was no line only 10:30 pm. Drive thru worker act like she was forced to be there. I'm highly disappointed. Soft taco just dry hard tortilla shell

They are always friendly and prompt with my order. They made an error with my order by missing an item. I called and told them and they made it right with me no questions asked.

Put a mobile order in, got to the windows. They said they are only doing doordash (even though thats also a mobile order), there's 3 people in the kitchen I've seen. The lady flat out refused to make our order. Kind of sucks

Had a bad experience at this location twice with the girl at the window I’m told her name Is Zamariah. She has terrible customer service. Absolutely rude every time, this time around I was given the wrong order at the drive thru. She had an attire the whole time. I got the order and immediately checked the bag and noticed I was given someone else’s order. I pulled back around and told them . She argued me and told me that this is what I got while I clearly confirmed to her what my online order was. She asked for the bag to “throw in the trash” and while I was voicing my frustration on how everything was handled she slammed the window at me and walked away. I was talking in a normal tone respectful as a customer, and she clearly didn’t even care to apologize. This place has terrible customer service now, avoid till changes are made.
