This Taco Bell is the mvp. I went here after a KC Chiefs football game along with about 300 other people. They pushed the orders out as fast the orders were placed. The food was good. The restaurant was clean and well maintained.

It was a late night visit and I had a large bill which the cashier was unable to break! Which was no problem considering there was a gas station right next door! And they was cool enough to allow my fiance to stay at the drive thru window while I ran to the gas station next door to break the bill and had everything ready by the time I made it back even had the tacos ready to be made and wrapped up so they were fresh as possible! And throughout the whole process the 2 team members that we dealt with were humble and understanding as well as patient!

Usually this was my go to, I've order here over 100 times never had too many problems here and there my orders been messed up a few times. BUT AFTER TODAY I WILL NO LONGER COME TO THIS TACOBELL AS THE MANAGER IS A LIAR!. I CALLED HER WE HAVE A CONVERSATION ABOUT MY DELIVERY ORDER AND THAT I WAS SENDING MY UNCLE UP TO GRAB THE RIGHT FOOD AND BRING THE FOOD THAT WASNT MINE. SHE SAID AT FIRST WELL DID YOU CONTACT DOORDASH BECAUSE THATS WHO YOU DEAL WITH I TOLD HER I WASNT DEALING WITH THEM AND THAT I WOULD SEND MY UNCLE BECAUSE I SPENT ALMOST 50 DOLLRS AND THAT I WAS BABYSITTING 5 KIDS I CANNOT COME UP THERE AND SHE SAID THAT WAS FINE. WHEN MY UNCLE GOT THERE IT WAS A DIFFERENT STORY SHE SAID THAT I OVER TALKED HER AND THAT SHE COULDN'T SPEAK IF THAT WAS THE CASE THEN WHY SHE AGREE TO REMAKE THE ORDER WHEN I BROUGHT WHAT THEY TRIED TO GIVE ME WITCH WASNT MY ORDER THEN SHE GOT LOUD WITH MY NIECE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THIS MANAGER NEEDS TO RETHINK HER POSITION.

Not a pleasant experience inside the restaurant. It was dirty, there were homeless people. A lady screaming for her mom to pick her up, because her car broke down. Also had a horrible, mildewy, dirty smell, never going back again.
