Employees working there don’t understand the pricing on the menu I got 3 things no meal and the guy at the window was charging me full meal price for a burrito supreme and 2 other items. 9 and some change which is the displayed meal price and he was sure he wasn’t charging me the meal price even for this location the price says 4.99 on the app where you can order before you get there This is really basic stuff. I didn’t go through with the transaction and left. 32 dollars for cantina quesadilla, cantina taco, and the burrito supreme no meal. I don’t understand how he didn’t know there’s a cheaper price for when you don’t order a meal. It’s all displayed right there on the menu. Don’t go here they’re charging full meal prices for ala cart lol. There isn’t a time in history a burrito supreme by itself has ever been 10 dollars lol

When you ask for fresh fries, plan on getting cold ones because they try to pass off the old crap to see if you’ll notice first no matter what it is. I always try it first and then make them redo a fresh batch. Be stern with them or you’ll be getting some cold a$$ food. MAKE THEM WORK AND EARN THEIR MONEY!

11:00 a.m. today young manager did anything but help me with a small issue. All he did was try to escalate, I just left my food on the counter and left. Call them and ask for a refund and he hung the phone up on me for no reason when I told him he's kind of slow if he doesn't understand that you can't just tell someone you're going to replace bad chicken and hopes that they're going to pick out the old chicken and replacing eat the meal and get sick possibly, afterwards. Tell me he wasn't sure if the chicken was good or not but he'll replace it with fresh chicken, it was a freaking cantina bowl how are you going to replace just the chicken if there's bad chicken when he clearly seen I stirred it all up with the sour cream and a ton of sauce. Definitely not manager material, he needs to go back home in his mom's basement and play video games.

So i went to Taco Bell with a good feeling cause I used to work here and when I ordered the lady was mean and pressuring me to order on top of that they put 3 pieces of meat when I ordered steak chalupas now I have worked here before and we used 1 scoop of meat they put 3 piece’s of meat! like they picked it out with their hand worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too
I never leave reviews. BUT I have to for this location. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Payed $40 for my order. Literally lettuce tacos. It's ridiculous. Never going back.

Ordered ahead and it was ready when I got there, but the bag was all sealed up, so I couldn't easily check to make sure the sauces were there. I asked the lady at the window if she got the sauces in the bag and checked the receipt to make sure they were listed correctly, but when I got home.... No breakfast salsa for my otherwise tasty breakfast burritos. :(
