Slow service for an empty lobby. Bathrooms were disgusting. May need new management that stands on business and presentation versus just here for a job at a chain store.

Taco Bell food is Taco Bell food. Service was great. However their tables were all dirty and floor definitely hadn't been swept. Dinner rush hadn't quite started so this dirtyness has been hanging since their lunch rush. Bathrooms so gross that my husband turned right back out without using it. The area to get sauce packets was half empty with ZERO napkins available. We said for here, but they packaged for ToGo.

Waited in line at the drive thru for upwards of 20 minutes. When I was confirming my order, the guy gave attitude when I just trying to make sure they got the right things down. Food was cold, the burrito had half its contents in the wrap when I opened it, it was soppy and messy. Terrible all around. Save your time, energy and money and go somewhere else

They have a new green sauce and for a little packet. They wanted to charge a dollar a piece. I think you need to check your franchise rules you need to make sure you're abiding by corporation laws and regulations before you get your franchise taken away

this particular location is not very good. got a chalupa meal and an extra taco. cost me like $16 and it was utter disappointment. save yourself the hassle and go to the taco bell on Johnson drive or roe. IYKYK. shame on this location. hardly any lettuce, the meat was old tasting and just a disappointment. enough to the point I had to leave this review. Again! I'm dumb for expecting more I guess after multiple disappointments.

Services, terrible bathrooms are nasty, like a garbage, can individuals? Needing to clean who work here. Food is cold, spongy and unappetizing. Trash cans are over full, not empty lobby. Need to be cleaned, customer service needs improvement. I could say more negative things, but can't think of anything. That would relate to this place, except for it should be shut down. Management won't talk to the customers. If there's an issue neither, I say, more nah waste of time waste of breath

Do y’all know how to say anything other than “anything else” each time I get done putting an order in. Rude I thought they were teenagers turns out thet aren’t, which makes it worse. Some goofy caucasian lady came to the window to also laugh at my car? Ha weird. 11/19/24 at 9:28pm
This location is seriously the WORST. They have an automated saying when you first pull up to order saying " Welcome to KFC and Taco bell please order when your ready" BUT when you start to order they will rudely say i need a minute- why have that if we cant order when we are ready?! Also the food is always a lot smaller than normal and or SUPER messy.. Tacos get stuck to the wraper regardless if its a hard or soft shell. Also rude if they got your order wrong..
So 1 star because food is horrible quality ,customer service is horrible, they are rude. Go to any other location besides this one!!

They all were working hard you could tell it's both a Taco Bell and a Kentucky Fried Chicken. We told the guy making our tacos we appreciated him making our food. Didn't really say anything till he was done then quickly came over and said thank you! He was focusing on getting the order right and couldn't say something right then. I thought he was just being rude where as he had said he was just had been slammed! Great team from manager to cooks. Clean place too.
