They messed up my order by not giving me everything I paid for. And when I went inside to get what they forgot they made it wrong still. Carless sloppy. Employees said Taco Bell is trash they didn't care about it. Horrible place.

Nothing says lazy management like a closed lobby. Boy do I sure love waiting 30 minutes in the drive through to pick up a delivery order
Very pleased with this location. 8/10 usually make really good Tbell food from my experience. Just recently had an order that had sour cream on it when I asked for none. Yet they replaced it immediately and even gave me a couple coupons so that was cool. Food was still very fresh So far #1 TBell in the KC area imo

I've actually been here multiple times and every time the food tastes like it's been sitting in a stream table for hours, they ALWAYS forget anything you add on to a menu item like sour cream for instance. And when you call them on it they are rude as heck like youre in the wrong when you're not cuz you paid for it they just forgot it. This particular time me and my friend went and we both ordered Mexican pizzas.. they forgot the sour cream i added on mine but worse than that we were both sick to our stomach for hours after we ate!! Needless to say I WON'T GO BACK AGAIN!!
The hell I'm going to round up when a bean burrito is 1.99 stop asking. It's gotten so bad, Your other store got a 5 star review just because they didn't ask. But then In the summer of 2024 they were 50 cents less. yes, within the last 2 months, they were 25% less as a standard price. Kinda sad to have a bs fluf meal be $7
