Worst location ever. Guacamole most of the time is brown. The fries not cooked and taste like dirty freezer. The dog wouldn't eat them. Never receive your whole order. Get no napkins or forks. We have tried this location to many times and not once a good outcome. Oh service is so slow. No customers and still takes 13 mins for 3 hard tacos. Plus one or 2 won't even have meat in them. Store always so nasty. The employees act like you're bothering them even with the smallest order. U walk in they r always busy talking. And oh boy it's the end of the world u would like to order.

Place isnt anything special. Big parking lot. Workers were kind and direct. Food was better than expected for a Taco Bell but the Cinnabons were a little disappointing.

They close when ever they want and had missing food in my order . That was my first review . Now for my second review the service was extremely poor I ordered at the kiosk and was paying cash so I was instructed to go to the counter to pay I stood there and kept standing while employee after employee walked by not saying a word to me I was patient still nothing eventually I sat down then customer that ordered after me kept getting there food first finally I went back to the counter and someone asked what I needed I said I need to pay for my food I've been waiting mind you about 15 minutes now just to pay so I sit back down to wait for my food and one of the lady employees says something to another customer and he was like yeah thats us we have been waiting to pay she proceeds to tell us she was standing there for the last 20 mins which was a bold face lie and that we should have Hollered to get her attention to pay she continues to be rude and put the blame on me and another customer for the poor service I ask for her name to make a complaint completely ignores me I try talking with a different employee to speak with the manager again I'm ignored finally an employee maybe a manager say we can't give out names. my food is now ready but I have not gotten my drinks I ask for them again I'm ignored so I grab my cups to fill up then all of the sudden the say hey you can't do that and I'm like well I asked more than once for my drinks and you have all ignored me they tell me I should have gone somewhere else to eat because they were busy I spent 41 dollars on my order and was treated like a peice of trash I was also told to shut up . I get home to my children and wife which my kids are now up past bedtime because of this whole ordeal and I go through my food and there are multiple things wrong with the order absolutely crappy experience wouldn't recommend to anybody!!!

That $7 Luxe box is such a value. You get three full sized things, plus a drink. It is more food than I can eat in a sitting. Hint, eat the taco and chalupa first. Save the burrito for later. If you eat the burrito first, the others are soggy when you get back to them hours later. Oh, AND you get a drink!

Man what the heck is with it with all the Legends area in the KC Metro not answering their freaking phones unless the managers are on leave seriously every story called not just in clean Taco Bell in the KC Metro they don't answer the phone unless they're managers on leave it's getting old

Mostly Taco Bell is really going downhill that they don't use cashiers anymore you have to kind of actually take your order buy a kiosk that the kiosk does have some interesting features on the choose amount of the toppings and allow you to add extras sides that the interiors are really getting impressive so far and it's not like colorful as it used to be like in the 1990s and also they're getting pretty expensive then what they used to be and the food was still fine for what it is.
