Nearly every time I go to this location, they are very busy or understaffed... or both! However, the staff that is there is generally very kind and apologetic for any wait or errors in my order, so even if there is an issue, I can go ask for a correction and not feel uncomfortable.
Vegetarian options: Almost any meal can have meat substituted for potatoes upon request.
So the lady was rude horrible service it just made me want to never come to Taco Bell again but then another worker Named teven was great got me my fry when I asked can I get a bigger one unlike that other chick all in all the only reason I would ever come back to this Taco Bell is because of workers like him he deserves a raise nacho fries amazing nuggets are awesome keep hiring people like him or your going to lose business with people like that chick in the window

Roger, the CM, is one hell of an employee. I had some major issues with my DoorDash order tonight and despite not being his problem, not only was he apologetic for everything, he made sure it got taken care of..which, as a problem with DoorDash, was not his problem to resolve. I appreciate this man so much for his dedication.
Edit: I came back bc I really need to highlight how much Roger went above and beyond. After I posted that last paragraph, he actually called me back to let me know the new dasher had in fact picked up my freshly-made order (since the first guy stole the original order), and to let me know that he threw in some coupons for free tacos. Again, that was doordash’s problem to remedy yet he wanted to personally make the situation better. Stellar employee with supreme customer service.
As someone who travels the country 49 weeks a year, please do not take it lightly when I say Roger is a rare one.

As a rule, they'll forget something from your order... So always check. ...If you can remember the correct number of taco shaped things and burrito shaped things in your order, and decipher wtf everything is from Taco bells wrapper system lol

Went to pick up an online order. While I was waiting inside an employee walked out to my vehicle and approached my child asking for a vape. Told the manager and he laughed and said he would call the employee's mother. Not only completely illegal but dealt with absolute no care or professionalism.

Visited this location 9/6/24 and while waiting to place my order for my family at the counter was told by an employee that if I wanted to place an order, there was a kiosk behind me. I told her that I preferred to place it at the counter. She replied (rudely), "I won't take your order there." To which I replied, "Then you don't need my business" and walked out.

This Taco Bell is great! My food is always accurate and made well, which means a lot. Sometimes service is a little slow, but I would rather slow service and perfect food than anything else. Employees are fantastic. The place is VERY clean. More often than not the service is fast. Parking is easy to get in and out of. Their restroom has always been very clean as well. Overall THE best Taco Bell I've ever been to!
