Ordered nachos no sour cream, was given nachos with literally not a chip that didn't have any sour cream, waited in line again to have my order fixed. Then was given nachos that had only a spoonful of cheese and no beef and and a boat load of beans. I understand being frustrated having to remake an order but don't take you're screw up out on the customer.

Slowest ever! Waited in the drive thru for 24 minutes! Used my entire lunch break that started at 2:00 pm!
I walked in February 3rd, 2024 with my friend Chris and I want to say that the service was friendly and the food was good. I just feel it would have been a more positive experience for me had it been warmer inside. The lobby was at least 59 degrees and after sitting down to eat in the lobby with my friend, I began to feel cold. After going back out to my vehicle to obtain my jacket I still felt cold. Well, I told an employee about it and he said that he would do something about it. I think he may have tried to fix the issue, but we still felt too cool. When my friend and I returned to our vehicle outdoor we both noticed that it felt warmer outside than inside Taco Bell. When we started to drive off, my vehicle temperature read about 59 degrees Fahrenheit. It felt much warmer by the pay station and grilling station. I think I know what happened. The team at Taco Bell wanted to cool down the grill team during their shifts, but they may have innocently forgotten that in doing so they are significantly cooling down the lobby. If I had brought my girlfriend here to eat in the lobby she might have asked to leave early. Women don't like to be cold. My friend Chris and I stayed to finish our meal, but please don't forget about the lobby temperature. As you keep the lobby more comfortable I believe that you will increase your sales and profit at this store and guest will feel more comfortable. Thank you and thanks for reading my post.

I like Taco Bell's taco ? Hot sauce. Not mild, not Fire or any other's. But I don't like the Hot sauce on any other food. Other houses hold hot sauces are no good on Taco Bell's food. Any who the chips and cheese nacho cheese sauce is the best! Wash your hands!Parking: Pick a empty spot in the taco bell parking lot. Pull your vehicle in to it. Put it in park. Turn off the car. Go in to Taco Bell. Don't worry your vehicle will still be there when you return. Lock your doors. To your vehicle.Wheelchair accessibility: At the front doors there are at least 2 spots that are for this purpose.
