I regret to say that my recent experience at Taco Bell via the drive-thru was disappointing, to say the least. The Crunchwrap Supreme I ordered was as hard as a rock and shockingly cold, as if it had been neglected for hours. Additionally, the three tacos I purchased were dreadfully stale, making them nearly inedible. Moreover, the worker at the drive-thru window appeared to be quite young and lacked basic manners or respect for customers. Despite my repeated expressions of gratitude, they remained silent, failing to acknowledge even the simplest form of courtesy. Overall, this visit left much to be desired. This dismal experience has solidified my decision not to return to this Taco Bell establishment. Furthermore, I am compelled to report these unsatisfactory conditions to the appropriate authorities. Such poor quality of food and lack of customer service simply cannot go unaddressed.

Super ghetto? walked up here with my daughter cause I live nearby and they were in the car smoking had the door opening so you smelled it but had the audacity to have a sign up that said “lobby closed for team meeting” we couldn’t go through drive thru cause we walked. The workers were just staring at us from the inside. The 2 in the car smoking thought it was funny. It’s literally always something I would definitely go elsewhere

The food wasn't super hot and was sloppily put together. I don't eat Taco Bell, but I bought for others and was not overly impressed.
I literally love this TB so much specifically for all the individuals who work there. They are always SO KIND and sincere. I attend UMKC nearby and frequent this TB often and every single time I come to the drive thru someone asks how I’m doing. It’s not “order when you’re ready.” Absolutely not. They take time to see how you’re doing, make sure your order is correct, and always puts me in a good mood. The food prepared at this specific TB is always better than other I frequent as well. Something about this one is special including all of their employees!!!!

Me and my husband went there last night around 12 through the drive through and we ordered a fruit punch powered and it made our tounge numb it tasted like chemicals if I could give them 0 stars I would and we also ordered two of the 5 dollar fill ups and my husband's taco had a little rock pebble in it the staff was very immature and laughing the whole time very unprofessional do not eat there

Watched Worker accuse women of begging because she couldn’t use self checkout and was asking for help. She had cash. Only after being told multiple times that she wasn’t begging did the worker finally check her out. Mad weird. She didn’t deserve all that.
