The food isn't as good as it use to be. Don't know if there's new management or bad day! There are much better places now. Use to be a good taste place to eat close to home,but last time it was tastless.
I ordered chips and queso, tamales, tacos and tostadas but unfortunately the tamales and tostadas were blah, the queso comes in a very small container considering the price for it and tacos were ok but not great. The gentleman running it was extremely nice though.
Mediocre in every way, but affordable. Great for the price.
The chips are warm and crispy, but the salsa looks and tastes almost like marinara sauce. I'd prefer a chunkier and fresher consistency and flavor. The food is pretty average Mexican fair with bottom grade shredded lettuce and tomatoes (very little color/nutrition/flavor). The burrito has a tasty red sauce and cheese.
The place is just adequately maintained with broken tiles...
