The food is always mouth watering. Places like this last forever because they are the best. It feels like eating at my Tia Julia's in Mexico. The chilaquiles have a special place in my heart.
Had Huevos a la Mexicana with frijoles rewrites and potatoes. The beans were a bit more liquid than I expected but were very tasty. Nice serving size, not huge. Got a chance to use some of the small amount of Spanish that I know.
I was craving menudo and I wanted to try a different place from my usual. I got a large bowl of menudo and the spices are just right but my only issue with it was it had more hominy than tripe. My partner got the shredded beef plate and it didn't look much but the flavor was delicious! The service could be better so hopefully that will change in the future
