Was there on Friday night for the fireworks with a friend was on the patio when a black woman decided to come up to us and start yelling at us about our political party, which we was not discussing politics she just wanted to Cause a scene I guess and when I politely asked her to leave us alone after about five or six minutes of her verbally assaulting us my friend went and got the bartender to see if he could get her to calm down as she was screaming. We were white supremacist across the patio I'm guessing to rile up other people I don't know, but when the bartender came out, all he did was just ask her to calm down, but if the roles were reversed and we were screaming racial slurs at her, we would've been the first ones out just shows what kind of bar it is.

What more could you want from a dive bar? This is a cozy place with a pool table, a couple of dart boards, a ring toss thingy and I great patio with a TV. Chill vibes outside and in. Burgers are top of the line, tots are great, cook knows what's up. The biggest compliment is the tender, Pat; dude completes that place - he's attentive, remembers you, is quick with service, he runs that ship and you get to just enjoy the ride.

I was a KC transplant and this is my favorite bar ever. I miss it all the time. From the 5for5 to the bomb shots to the bird fountain outside. This place is special.
