The food is absolutely delicious and made with all fresh ingredients. The restaurant is clean as well. The Thai Chicken and the Caribbean Jerk wraps are fantastic. We highly recommend the food here.

Exceptionally slow service compared to other locations I've been to. I was the only car in the drive thru and it took almost 10 minutes to get 2 smoothies.

Terrible

I ordered a bahama mama and didn’t make it in time for my pickup and by the time I was there it was water and they wouldn’t remake it poor customer service…. You won’t remake something I payed for… Shame on you ps o verbally asked the employee to remake my drink which I assume she was and continued to wait for my drink for 10 minutes only to finally figure out it was never being made.. the employee told me I needed to place a order… poor customer service what the heck is going on with our workforce these days….

We used the drive through and ordered three smoothies. The chocolate, banana, and peanut butter is great. Service was fast and accurate. We will definitely go back.

I absolutely love tropical smoothie Cafe as a general rule. The one out of the Legends in Kansas City is terrible. The staff individually are very nice. The service is ridiculously slow. It's very obvious that on opening weekend they have brought in an A-Team staff from other buildings or their best and brightest across the franchise because service was impeccable. for opening weekend as busy as they were they were amazing. ever since, it has been at least a 30 minute wait for food every time. They are consistently under staffed and the staff that are there work at a roughly about a sales pace. additionally they're not even filling up their smoothies anymore. I just bought two smoothies and they are both at least an inch from the top of the cup. Three groups in the store also had this happen. When they said something to the employees, all they were told was "Sorry." This one particular location makes the franchise look bad. and after this many bad experiences, I'm not going back to the one in Kansas City even though it's the closest to my house. I will drive to Olathe or Shawnee to get better service and more value for my money.

Super slow service. There are at least 10 employees behind the counter and the turn out is ridiculously slow. I hope it will be worth the almost 30 minutes I've waited for 2 smoothies!

The best smoothie place I ever been to! The food was great, the music was totally a vibe, it was impressively clean, and it smelled like fresh fruit when I walked in. Additionally, everything was very reasonably priced, which is hard to find these days. I would definitely recommend for anyone who wants a delicious smoothie made quickly. The staff were also very very nice. They greeted me right when I walked in and thanked me for coming. I would for sure drive 2 hours to come here again!

Vegetarian options: Every single smoothie on the menu was vegetarian.

Dietary restrictions: If you are allergic to dairy, eggs, gluten, peanuts, soy, fish, meat, or shellfish, this place is for you!

Parking: There were exactly 50 available parking spots when I arrived. (Yes, I counted.)

Kid-friendliness: It was very colorful and fun inside, so I would totally take my kids. (If I had any.)

Wheelchair accessibility: There were no stairs or steps in the entire building. The bathroom was also very large.
