So requesting a handicapped room you would think the beds would be at appropriate height... wrong these beds were so low I struggled to get out of bed. I felt the springs from the mattress. The roll in shower sounds great however when you take a shower be prepared with a squeegee or lots of towels cuz the bathroom floor gets very slippery and very unsafe. The shower curtain had mold on it as well. The pool was on the chilly side but seemed to be well maintained. The desk staff was more than friendly and enjoyed the company of my son. Breakfast was a bit over priced but the guy working in the kitchen was accommodating especially when I needed to bring breakfast to my room.

I had an amazing time at this hotel from staff, guests, just an amazing time, will be back again... Next time it'll be the whole experience dining in sauna & bar & grill I can't say it enough awesome experience

The cleanliness of the room was subpar. To be fair, I find that no hotel room is clean enough for me these days. Hotels need to train their cleaning staff better. Carpet and tile floors both had stains. The fitted sheet didn’t fit the bed and I had to repeatedly fix it. The room smelled when we arrived so we opened the window and turned up the AC to try to air it out. It seemed like the entire hotel had a weird smell. Breakfast was very basic there was only one coffee urn and no decaf. The staff was helpful and cordial so I’m giving it three stars. But I wouldn’t stay here again.

I was attending a birthday celebration the hotel was clean and neat. The Staff was extremely nice and professional.The restaurant staff was great and the food good.plus they would prepare any way you like.

We had our car broken into here along with two other cars. We had parked in the “Hotel Parking only” area. Do NOT stay here!!!!! First off the parking does NOT belong to Hilton! They are quick to say it’s not our problem. It’s not our garage. We walked away with loosing $1, 500 in this ordeal and all we got was a reimbursement of the room. This beds are crap squeaking every time we moved waking us up all night. It’s a disgusting hotel!!! Dirty and they were of little help!!! Do NOT stay here!!!!

Contacted the hotel indicating a next day arrival because of illness in the family, understanding that day 1 of the stay was non-refundable, but wanted it to be understood that we would arrive on the 2nd and final day of our stay. Day 2 received an email, indicating a no-show, followed by a call to the hotel, in which I was hung up on multiple times and finally just refused to answer. I may have raised my voice but never used vulgar or abusive language. They simply didn't want to deal with it. After 45 minutes with the corporate agent, I finally received notification of my original reinstated prepaid reservation. I've stayed at lower priced Hilton properties, that were properly updated, had a free breakfast, and capable desk staff with more professionalism. Way too many options in KC to take another chance on this hotel again.

Hilton has a new policy that they don't provide daily house keeping for the rooms. I was there for four days and they don't provide any fresh towels, wash cloths. soap of shampoo and only one day of coffee pods in the room when you arrive. No made bed, no emptying of the waste baskets nothing! The room was untouched by housekeeping or any other employee for the full 4 days. The room furnace is very loud and blows on the wall next to the bed and the air ultimately bounces off the wall on you in bed! Totally unacceptable policy not to take care of the rooms during your stay.!

this place was great. modern , clean , the price was very good. it has free parking. a good quiet place for sleeping. the buffet breakfast is wonderful. the people are friendly, and helpful. the only thing better than the beer was the bartender. you can sit here and feel like you are at home talking with a few friends.

We had a group of 20 family members that visited this hotel recently for a wedding and had a great experience! The hotel is very clean and spacious and we enjoyed the spacious lobby area for breakfast and dinner gatherings. There is easy access to highways to quickly get around the area. However, the best feature of this hotel is the people - everyone was incredibly accommodating and helpful, but Nicole and Ashley went above and beyond for us. They truly made the visit exceptional for all of us and always ensured we had everything we needed.

I arrived on the night of December 22nd and stayed until Jan 6th. My overall stay was good. The location is just off the interstate and easy to get to other places in the city. The front desk staff was great, especially Nicole. The breakfast staff was also very nice. The room was basic, but mostly comfortable. There was one issue with the room and that was the cooling and heating unit was one of those long rectangular machines that sits just under the window. It was extremely loud when it was on, but it worked well. The cleaning staff were a nightmare. The hotel only cleans rooms once every 4 days but you can have room cleaning more often if you request. I was fine with the once every 4 days but they didn't actually show up every 4 days. I was there an entire week before my room was cleaned once. And there was always some sort of excuse as to why they couldn't clean it that day. Over the course of my 15 night stay, my room was cleaned 2 times and not very well. They took out some of the trash and made the bed. But I could tell they didn't vacuum or thoroughly clean the shower. There was fuzz from my scarf all over the floor as well as a penny that remained in the same place for many days. On top of that, I had a pair of socks that went missing (I think they were left on the sheets and when she made the bed they disappeared.) I also forgot my charger in the room upon checkout, a family member called the hotel within a few hours to see if they could pick it up for me as I had already gotten on my flight. The cleaning staff claimed it wasn't in the room. Where could it possibly have gone? I'm just very confused as to how most of the aspects of the hotel were pretty good and then one department is a complete disaster.
I probably would not stay here again, but for a quick weekend trip it's ok. The staff is friendly, and parking is convenient. Our room was not ready even though we arrived after check in hours and our first room stunk of urine. The staff gave us snacks and drinks while we waited, and we were able to move to a different room.

Only reason giving it 2 stars was customer service. 1st room toilet didnt flush later in the night had to change rooms after getting ready for bed and pubic hair on bathroom floor when we 1st got there..minor detail 1 regular coffee 2 decaf. Who drinks that much decaf?. Had to change rooms. 2nd room sheets inside out, all decaf coffee. Door sqeaked so loud woke me up as husband tried to go get ice when he woke up in the middle of the night. Sounded like a halloween creepy door effect on on micrphone. And the sink wouldnt drain. So 2 out of 2 rooms in less than 12 hours needing maintence. Never in 50 years has this happened and in my younger days i stayed at some cheap hotels.Very much in need of maintence and better maid services. And really stop it with that much decaf coffee..perhaps equal amounts decaf and regular. I shouldnt have to run down to the front desk and ask for regular coffee. Pillows also very flat..super cheap.

Randi at the Front desk was very nice. I would stay here again. Great location. Restaurant not open for lunch which was a disappointing. Did not use gym or pool. Hotel was clean. Also did not get my water at check in

Make sure you check the pillows and the mattress. I found a very Big yellow stain in the mattress that took almost the hole King Size bed and the pillows also had yellow stains and so old that had not a very nice odor.

Very loud vent in The bathroom from the roof. They stated all 64 rooms had this vent to the roof. Even with the door shut it was so loud that it interfered with our sleep. The staff is very nice. Otherwise the room was good
