Used to be a decent place to grab something to eat. Now, you only get good service if there's this one lady there. She's polite and is always smiling. If she's not there, you'll get "Can I take your order" No, Hello or Welcome to Wendy's...just that phrase. Not only that when you say Thank You, it's a mumbled welcome OR a "Yup" The food is OK.

Ordered a doordash order from here and every single item was cold. Not just slightly cool but completely cold like they had premade items from early in the day that got left out not even under a warmer. I ordered an unsweetened tea. And they have me sweet tea so I couldn't even wash down the cold food. There wasn't anything good about my order at all. And they can't blame the dasher because he came straight to me from the store and got here very quickly I might add so I know my food left the store already cold when he got it.

The baconator was the bomb! The frosty was perfect.
The lobby is never open, and the floors are sticky as hell when they are. The cashier is slow physically and mentally. It wouldn't be an issue if they would come up to help him at times.

It took them for ever to take the ladies order in front of us and then the employee was chatting with her when she got up to the window. Then he forgot what order we had and it wasn't made since it was only a drink. Don't recommend this fast food place to anyone since they are extremely slow.
