I recently lost everything to cancer, I work everyday at FedEx, but I'm homeless living in a tent in currently 0 degree weather, I pay for food everyday, but I am ostracized and treated like garbage, run off, yelled at, and refused service by one of the managers. I spend like 70$ a week here so I can try and charge my phone before I go to work so I can wake up and do it again the next day. If y'all's ancestors aren't disappointed in y'all, then God is.

The person who is taking orders was also making the food. This is what happens when companies don’t pay reasonable wage, no one can afford working for slave wages.

This is the famous Baconator... 1 slice of bacon broken into three pieces. This was what it looked like the last time too. Apparently the bacon costs come out of the employees paychecks...

They are horrible with putting condiments in the bags my food was room temperature 🙄only thing they got right was my baked potato, my frosty and my drink. Not only that why does this baconater fries cost so much to have 10 fries in it 😠

I just wanted large fries. My husband ordered large fries too but got a small so I gave him mine. And they were not even fresh. Did the fries get smaller too? Lol. Come on Wendy's I love your fries and I was totally disappointed today. Not happy.

Absolutely not. This is the WORST Wendy's. I live 4 minutes from this location. And every single time I come here they are rude. They make you wait forever. They don't have menu items available AFTER you've ordered. The last time I went they had computer problems and we waited about 20 minutes to even pay, we get to the windows to pay and were met with "we don't have one of the items" then seemed to get annoyed with me when I didn't want to substitute... my son is autistic, I CAN'T sub things for him. But wait then after handing us JUST our bags, I said, "we didn't get our soda or the bacon fries" and we hear, "what bacon fries?" So after we waited 20 minutes to JUST pay, we had to wait additional time for the rest of our order. And not once were we apologized to for how long it took. I already go out of my way to go to a better McDonald's than my area, and now I also need to drive to a better Wendy's with much better service (though with the bar they have, it's not hard). Last complaint is their soda is always watered down. I do not recommend this location at all.

Imagine working 12 hrs 4 kids getting off thinking you about to have a small meal. I ordered a $7 biggie bag. Gave the cashier a $100 bill. She gives me my change I’m counting it as I’m pulling forward to the pick up window let them know this isn’t right. My order was only $7/$8 I only got $74 back. They tell me pull forward. Let them count her drawer. Says she’s not short. 🙄her drawer is correct. Of course it is if someone pocket the rest. So I’m pissssd. I’m like just give me a refund. Thinking I was gonna get my $100 bill back. Nope I get $5 and some change. So I’m like my meal was $7. She finally gives me my receipt(which the cashier never gave me) says $5. So not only did I get the incorrect change I would of been taking home the incorrect meal

I take back my original 5 star review because this time the old lady that took my order had a nasty attitude during the whole interaction. Received the wrong order to put salt on my wound. Dont come here in the morning because the service seems to be the total opposite at night.

Being that eating fast food now adds up to more money spent .(At least 4 people). My wife and son love the pretzel DBL baconnator meal,and daughter biggie bag and of course a sponge bob frosty(we all get a frosty they are delicious),my bill is at least $55.THAT BEING SAID GET THE WENDY'S APP IT PAID FOR ITSELF WHEN DOLLARS ARE SHORT IT HAPPENS. Back to my point this Wendy's has never messed my order up , except one time ,and the staff was great about getting it correct(no arguing*good management*good employees*) FIVE STARS SO FAR AND YES EVERY WENDY'S SLOW DRIVE THRU,BUT FOOD IS FRESH AND CORRECT
