They get my order wrong 100% of the time. The music was so loud today that I couldn't even hear what the lady who took my order was saying. When I asked whether they could turn down the loud screaming music, they refused. Since they forgot to put mustard on my burger, I asked for a mustard packet that was so old that the color of the mustard was dark brown. Really bad experience there today. Never going back.

Went to this location and the lady on the speaker was rude and disrespectful. She kept interrupting and trying to guess what I wanted. An employee then came out the back door being threatening and asking “what’s up? What’s the problem?” in a very aggressive tone. Was so uncomfortable I left….

Accidentally forgot to order no cheese and mayo on my burger through the app. When I got to the window asked if it was already made and if not would it be possible to remake it. If it had already been made I would have just bought another one so as not to inconvenience the employees. The girl at the window told me it hadn't and she would ask the person making the burger to leave it off. We got our food and checked, it still had it on there so we politely asked if they could remake it. Totally okay, I get it things happen and it was my fault in the first place that I forgot it. What's not okay is the cook coming up to the window and yelling at my boyfriend and I. Would have been fine if they had just said hey please next time try not to forget to order it correctly but instead we got yelled at by an employee for an honest mistake. Girl at the window was super nice though. Got my food back AGAIN and they were both still wrong. Probably the worst Wendy's I have ever been to.

I ordered a biggie bag. Sandwich was cold and no mayo. Chicken nuggets didn’t taste right…maybe old oil. Fries were luke warm and mainly super crispy and brown. I don’t recommend this location. The lady at the window was nice but forgot to give me my drink.

This place is a joke. Just close if you don’t care. How do you forget half of the stuff on a baconator. Or one of the two orders of fries. Or the lettuce and krabby patty sauce. Like it’s already overpriced, you can’t even double check it. Go to literally any other Wendy’s idk why I’ve given this one so many chances. Eat your money it will be more satisfying.
