Men's restrooms are constantly disgusting. Seems like they are never cleaned. These photos were taken at 9 am on 2/22/25. They haven't been open long, so they were not cleaned at closing or opening. Poor management!

I went to Wendy's on Berry Road today to order dinner for my family. When I tried to place the order at the speaker, I wasn't sure that the person taking the order spoke English very well. After reaching the pickup window, I discovered that my order was incorrect and I had to deal with an attitude. They even charged me more money for an order they messed up. When I returned home, I found even more issues with my order. This is not the level of service I expect when spending $70.

I've never went to a wendys where the SERVICE and FOOD were completely disgusting their attitudes and the way they treated customers and served food they had no understanding of what it means like too be in customer service or the food industry they don't know how to listen or serve their customers and I will never be coming back to this location again. Step up your game or at least make sure you listen and get the food right. I'd recommend no food and to go to the taco bell next door. I've never in my life had worse service somewhere.

I asked for fresh breakfast potatoes and stated I would wait I was given a cold and very poorly thrown together burto It and the potatoes were not fresh BARLEY warm and the women at the windows was not friendly or welcoming I'll skip that location in the future

This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Now I know why there’s never a line. Food is always cold. Drinks are filled 3/4 of the way. I have to ask for a straw. People that work there act like they hate their job. I’ve given them a few chances. Never again will I go there. Worst!
Communication hard due to noise car wash didn't help.

Rude cashier, no manners on how to greet and take an order!! It took 30 minutes for my food to be ready! The bathroom was dirty and the floor was slippery! This place needs new management asap!!

Second time at a Wendy's location where bacon has been left off an order. (First time at this restaurant). But I paid extra to get a bacon burger, drove off because I was in a hurry and then opened my sandwich and didn't have any bacon. Come on guys it's not that hard. They weren't busy, no one was waiting on the lobby I just had a mobile order and maybe 2 people were in the drive thru.

Cashier couldn't care less if we were there. He grabbed our fries before the burgers were ready, so the fries were not hot.
Kid-friendliness: The kids enjoyed being able to get their own drinks. They watched the TV while we were there, Family friendly.

They need to pull the trigger and shut this place down. Every once in a while I will try it again but same experiences every single time. Unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, and uncleanly staff. I know uncleanly is a specific term but it is correct. From folks with unkempt hair, dirty uniforms, long fake nails being cleaned underneath with a straw before handing me my soda. ? Matches exterior. Takes forever to get food and guaranteed your food order is wrong. Last time I was there I was appalled by a young girls attitude and behavior. Requested to speak to manager. Get home and order is wrong. It was supposed to be regular chicken nuggets and fries: simple. Received randomd chicken sandwich. Just don't go.
