I ordered a large chili to go. Although the flavor was still good. I had a very difficult time trying to find any semblance of meat in this chili as it was nonexistent. Quite a disappointment… I didn’t order beans.

If i could give 0, i would. They did not give us our whole order at all. We came back through the drive thru, had to wait 30 minutes, and all our food was cold by then (the thing missing was 12 dollars) They KNEW what they were doing but thought we would just leave and waste our money instead of fighting them. Trash service. Trash place. Never coming here again.

Great service! Since I walked in people greeted me. A lot of smiling faces, a really clean store, and fast service. One of the best Wendy's that I have walked in this year.

Ordered an apple pecan chicken salad from the drive thru on North Oak. Had to pull up and wait for my order so they bring it out to me. I see that I have my salad and my sandwich which I ordered. Get home to eat it and instead of pecans, they give me these Crispy onions that don’t even go with the salad. I did try to eat them, but made my salad taste horrible. Doesn't the $15/hr staff that fills the orders know the difference between pecans and crispy onions. It’s hard to get them two mixed up. It’s even a clear bag they’re in with BIG BOLD LETTERS “ONIONS” so you can clearly see they are not pecans. Get your orders straight people!

I grew up in the South Bronx, in the 1980s, back when chicken nuggets had grizzle in them. The food was bad back then. But the Wendy’s I just ate from you guys is way worse. your food is so bad, that if I tried to give it to a crackhead, the crackhead would sue me for damages. they should use your food as punishment. never again.

Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this Wendy’s. I will never order at this Wendy’s again. My husband ordered online and when we got there they said they didn’t have our order twice. They finally found it. When we got to the window they tried to give us 2 other peoples orders. They had all of our drinks wrong and sizes wrong too. No one had a clue what they were doing. Our food was cold and our burgers were pink. Most of our food went in the trash. Never again.

Food is excellent, but the staff didn't have enough intelligence to give me or other patrons the proper service. Mixed up our orders like 40 times right in our faces.
How hard is it to give one guy a cheeseburger and another guy a chicken sandwich.?

The food that was served to me was not even lukewarm but ice cold, especially the fries. When I re-warmed the food, the single cheeseburger was particularly spicy as it seemed jalapeno pepper was just removed from the burger. All of this for $13. Why can't this location make the order fresh when the customer arrives to pickup.their order? I will not be back.

WARNING: DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! My wife and I stopped by for some lunch on our way to the lake at around 1:15pm on a Saturday. She ordered the #3, 10-piece chicken nugget combo, with a med fry and water cup. I got the Jr Bacon $5 Bigge bag, with large fries and soda and a 4-piece spicy nugget. The 10-piece regular nuggets were dry from being overcooked or kept past their hold time and should have been placed in the waste bucket. The burger patty also was past its allowable time on the gridle and should have been placed in the chili meat drawer. The fries were still frozen in the middle, so they turned to mush in your month. Although it looks like the outside has been renovated some time fairly recently, the food was absolute trash!!!

Parking: The food was absolutely terrible, which is probably why there were almost no cars in their parking lot!

In 40 years never returned food, after getting handed a burger that you could tell was bad through the foil (hard as a rock) I couldn't pay the $17. The lobby isn't open and a family runs this place or something but it's bad corporate better never see this place

I paid for extra cheese and also got the saucy nuggs on the app. Went thru drive thru didn't have the extra cheese on the burger or ranch, went back around and was treated like I was stupid for asking for what I paid for. Was given the same sandwich with cheese on top of my toppings as if to add insult. Sad.

I go to Wendy’s for 5 meals. Ray at the window tells me the drink machine is down. Okay cool, substitute my drinks for lemonade or orange juice. Ray proceeds to tell me that there is an upcharge. I stated, well for the inconvenience will the upcharge be waived. He said no. Okay well give me a free drink that comes with the meal. ray stated they don’t have any free drinks. No free water or anything. Ray stated they’d be losing a lot of money by giving out the upcharged drinks to all of their customers. So you mean to tell me that Wendy’s will be hurt by .70 per customer until their machine is fixed? I asked for the General manager. He stated Scott was unavailable. I asked for corporate, he asked me to pull up to a door and wait as he get it off of his computer. He came back with the number and stated to let him know how my interaction with corporate goes because he’s been trying to remedy the situation all morning. Not sure what all morning means being that the place just opened but how does an employee work with no GM/Customer support to contact in this matter ?
