Gave me old meat and it was cold like you can tell that’s wasn’t cooked now where near the time I order.only thing was a little okay where the fires and they where ones that where just sitting there for a long time the meat on then chicken and the hamburger meat was cold. My total was 32 bucks places taking your money and giving you bad service I will never eat there again

Absolute trash. I ordered breakfast from here and received the WORST food. They can’t read the order. They let the most terrible quality leave the store. And the manager just had excuses for the entire thing. Claimed short staff and out of most product. Which was the excuse I received when I got my sandwhich with not even an inch in length piece of egg. Literally not even an inch left to right, up or down. I ordered an egg sandwhich and got not even the egg. I ordered it without Swiss and PAID for American cheese. The sandwhich had a BIG glob of Swiss cheese right in the middle. A bunch of bacon to hide the fact it had the small baby piece of egg and was given to me. This is ridiculous! But the rest of my party could get egg . they got burritos and it’s filled with egg. Just not mine. If you are out of product, INFORM CUSTOMERS. INFORM DOOR DASH. INFORM YOUR GM. Anything. But DO NOT serve customers trash. And DO NOT give customers excuses. This is NOT how you handle a business. I have worked fast food before and this is BEYOND unacceptable. There is ways to solve this.

I ordered my order to be delivered. I ordered at 4:56 pm 3647 State Ave store. I ordered a Cobb salad which has several different protein on it. They sent me an Apple pecan that only had chicken, apples no pecans. I have called the proper Wendy’s store over and over as you will see on my receipt. They have an answer machine asking for one’s access code. I did not have one. The phone keeps hanging up on me. I can’t get a hold of anyone to help me. So it is now 6:23pm almost 2 hours later. I ordered in plenty of time. I am diabetic and my sugar is too low. What they delivered is not near enough protein for me to have. I telephoned the door dash people and all they were trying to do was return my money. There is always something wrong when I try to use them. They are not professional at all but they always get their money. No one has ever answered the phone. Please get back to me asap.

Um... WTAF here. Ordered the crabby patty burger & it's just a regular kid's size for $5.99! Just look at the advertising compared to actual. Think I'm done with Wendy's for good. Didn't even have the tomato, sauce was so thin I almost thought it was a plain hamburger. Lettuce was 3 wilted pieces. Pathetic! Wish I could have chucked it into the sea.
