I was the only one in the drive thru and I had repeat my order 4 times and it was still wrong. Never got my receipt to prove it either. Trash. Then roll your eyes when I ask for a water I asked for 4 times. Trash. Garbage.

The worst service I have ever had at Wendy's. They had me pull up after I paid.Then then the person that pulled up behind me. Ordered more food than I did got his food before. I got mine and then I never got a receipt.

Got my drinks and the coke zero wasn't labeled so didn't know which one it was when I asked he didn't know either the lady he told just said sorry ma'am. Then as I sat there seeing if they were gonna give me another drink to cover the coke zero so we knew for sure. As we weren't all gonna drink out of one anothers drink. There were three of us and the other one would of been eliminated after we got our dr. Peppers. The guy insisted he could recognize which ones were dr.pepper I told him he is guessing to which he said well I've been here long enough I know which is which.. then took a Pop and told me to pull forward instead of just giving me a coke zero to go... He brought out a drink that still wasn't marked..When I got home of course the supposed for sure dr.peppper was coke zero which was disgusting to me. Had he listened to my advice in correcting the error I would of had a Dr.pepper that I paid for .. spending over 30 at a fast food place to not get what you payed for us definitely frustrating! So not only did they mess up but fail to actually correct the error.

whoever that guy was that was giving food, u do good but whoever the black lady who kept shouting at him to give it to the person one by one, she deserves to get fired treating the guy like that.. he doesn’t deserve getting shout at. The lady who taking order at cashier place she’s gonna get punched by the dude.

36 dollar order no special changes, ordered the number 8 get it with spicy chicken. I just really was looking forward to a cheeseburger not a chicken and cheese and I'm not sure how they didn't double check after they parked us so they didn't run their time up. Eating it still either way just double check your order before leaving great food otherwise.

This was my second bad experience with this location and it will be my last. Never have I wanted to have a location shut down prodction immediately and focus on retraining your windo staff (until today).From placing the order to the service at the window, I was being interrupted or not heard correctly. When at the window, it got worse because the youthful serviceman claimed they did not have jelly for sandwiches, no frosties because it was too early for the machine to be up, and then when I asked for a receipt..... oh the agony for him (sarcasm).The servicemen, Christian, argued that I would need to park my car in order to be brought a receipt. In refusal, I politely sttd I will not park for just a receipt. He argued that replacing the paper will take 10 minutes! Also, I was holding up the 1 car behind me because I refused to park and he felt it was more important to voice this and stare me down with disgust on his face, then to change the paper. In return, I asked that he please change the paper so we both can continue with our day, and that I heavily doubt it will inconvenience him for 10 minutes.As a paying custimer and one who doesn't fine reason to make anyone's service job hard,I truly dislike being lied to. Lies accompanied by brute body language & being told that I am being "ridiculous ". That was the straw for me! Do not voice your discontent for not replacing the paper and how "all order since the opened would print before mine, and that would take 10 minutes & hold up the line." .... though I wanted to lower to a level unfitting of such, I smiled with deliberate eye contact & stood my ground on how NOT to be pushed along.This service person needs attention immediately and to be reprimanded. This is a difficult review to write with distasteful intention, but it needs to be shared.

The night shift was truly amazing for me. I understand that many people may not share the same sentiment, but when I visited tonight, the staff treated me with such kindness. My food arrived hot and fresh, and my only minor complaint was the fact that the cash registers at the front were not working for some odd reason. Consequently, they had to use the drive-through window, although, thankfully, they weren't too busy. Edit: one of the employees looked for me to give me my change what employee looks for you. The only reason he looked for me was because i had went to fill up my cup.
