Every time I come here the staff are very uninterested in doing their job and act like it's my problem for coming in. The food is Wendy's but the staff is trash

Just sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes. No one is manning it. This Wendys sucks.
They rushed our food and chicken strips cooked to fast.

The chicken strips are so tasty… loved them, it was the first time I tried them and they were a hit… usually I get the grilled chicken rap only but I was pleasantly surprised on how tasty they were

I rarely do reviews on fast food... but this place is horrible! The lady at the window was rude as hell! I spoke politely and even said yes ma'am and no ma'am the whole time AND SHE WAS STILL EVIL!!! On top of that the bun on my junior bacon cheeseburger was hard and smelled off! It smelled like feet or an old dusty pillow at your grandma's house/elderly neighbor you check on from time to time. Not going back any time soon

The man at the window was very rude. After I misunderstood and wasn’t sure whether I should wait by the window or park, he told me I was supposed to park and wait, almost throwing my order at me. They also didn’t give me a receipt for my order.

Hands down the worst Wendy’s on the planet
Whoever’s running this place should be ashamed. Pulled into the drive-thru and the idiot at the window didn’t even give us time to order before barking at us to move forward like we were bothering him. He was rude, rushing, and obviously didn’t care — he probably had the order wrong from the start.
Then he starts yelling that they’re cash only like we were supposed to read his mind. We pull up, and the food is already sitting in the window like he just threw it there. He doesn’t say a word about the total, just tries to shove it at us. We hand him a $100, and he starts yelling that he doesn’t have change — how do you not have change when you’ve been open since 8 a.m.? It’s midnight, not your first hour of business.
When we asked what the total even was, he says $47, then grabs the food and takes it away from the window and slams it shut in our faces. Never gave us the food. Just full-on attitude and disrespect the whole time.
This place is a joke. The staff acts like they hate their jobs, the service is garbage, and apparently, they only take cash and can’t even handle that. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else — this Wendy’s doesn’t deserve your money, your time, or even a second chance.

The man at the window tonight had absolutely no customer service. He was extremely rude over the intercom, and when we only had a hundred in cash (which was all they were taking), just took our food away and shut the window. Unbelievable treatment, will not be returning, and don't recommend it.

For the most part day time is fine but 9-2-25 night the black girl training the young man is annoying she needs to get off her phone and help do something and boost nobody her touching their food after she touching her phone I’m sure she takes intk the bathroom with her. Other than that the place is fine
It might be advisable to overhaul the staff. The crew seems incapable of moving through their orders in anything approaching a timely manner. The individual serving me was both incoherent and poor of hearing, as well as rude, which is perhaps the worst combination of traits to have if you're going to communicate through a headset.
I watched the two cars in front of me return their orders, which took so long that the 5 cars behind me pulled out of the line.
Finally, when i was the last vehicle remaining, i repeated my order three times, which they took as rude, refused service, and called the cops. 10/10 for entertainment, but this review pertains to service.
This Wendy's provides fresh food - just ask for it. Friendly CS and fast service. Get a baked potato and add chili.!

If there could be lower stars then that's what I would have put. The lady was extremely rude to me! I ordered a cold foam carmel coffee and I got plain ice coffee. Then when I asked her about it she said that's what I ordered. I was even on the phone with my husband who heard me say cold foam. She also wanted to argue with me and told me to get out of her drive through. No wonder why they only have a 3.1 rating out of 2,000 reviews 9/15/25 i'm not even a person that usually does reviews but she was SOOOOOO rude. She gave me the receipt so I'll be doing the survey on there as well!!
