Their food isn't bad and the service isn't the worst. But every single time we order for delivery, there is always something missing. I just ordered two meals, one containing a chicken sandwich, which we never got. It is so frustrating being hungry but not having your food. It's not thy dashers, because we only ever have this problem with Wendy's. Their management needs to do a better job at training their employees

The food was good quality as usual.. We stopped around 2 pm. Friendly service, Dr. Pepper was really good, not losing its fizz. My only complaint is that I wished the food was hotter. Wendy's is one of my favorite places to eat when traveling.
Dietary restrictions: No dairy.
Parking: Limited parking and a challenge if traveling in an Van or RV.

We just TRIED to dine in at this location. We got our order after about 15 minutes (5 sandwiches and fries). Nothing was even warm, nor was the cheese melted. Let alone they gave us the wrong sandwich for one of them (entirely wrong ingredients). We asked for them to be remade. They were remade after another 15 or so minutes. They made an entire order ahead of us (a remake as well). And their order and our order (again) was cold. We finally asked for a refund as it seems they cant even toast a bun let alone have hot food. They tired to refuse our refund on the fries since we had eaten a couple (maybe 5 fries in total, as the top few were warm but the lower ones were just plain cold). Will not be coming back to this location whatsoever.

None of the lobby doors were open drive-thru line was extremely long and it was the middle of the day lunch hour I will never return to that service again for that store

Had a pick up order, Omar yelled at me and said i couldn't pick my order up through the drive thru. I didn’t even ask for a manager, before I could even respond he yelled his name is Omar and he is the manager then walked away. This obviously isn’t the first time he has spoken to a customer this way seeing that he was quick to yell his name and job title. Very Rude and I will not be back to this location.
