The food usually hits the spot but they are so bad about just not including items or not having the right items. Literally today they had me pull up and wait on food and I get home to find I'm missing my upgraded side. I get that I could check the bag but I'm also paying you to put it in there.

Asked for specific order got someone elses order. If the druve thru is busy just go sonewhere else. Tastes like a bysy webdys meal. Hamburgers falling out on both sides, grease everywhere pickles laying un packaging. Typical overpriced, understaffed lication. So tired of not wanting to do a job workers and no supervision.
Staff is great and accommodating. They work very hard and stay friendly.
Food is what you expect from a chain. Consistent. Use the app to save some money!

As this is a fast food joint with no high expectations, one would think cleanliness would be important. However, it looked like it had not been cleaned or mopped for days. The bathroom was also dirty. Containers were not full near drink area and had to ask for that. Also had to wait 15 minutes for my order, nothing special, just straight from the menu. Needless to say I will not be entering this location again I the future.
